Gentleman??? At the window taking money was not very receptive to hi how are am no thank you. Took 10 minutes to get food with no line. And WTH happen to our ????
Last night we were given spicy nuggets instead of regular for a kids meal ..Today we just ordered the same thing and we’re given spicy again.. it’s really messed up that you put spicy nuggets on a kids meal .. my daughter had a bite and couldn’t stop crying .
The staff was awesome. They made sure that you got what you ordered and how you liked it they went above and beyond the call of what they should have done and could have done. I applaud Wendy’s westside in Frankfurt, Kentucky
It was a normal day for Wendy's. The food could of been little more fresh . The best time to go to Wendy's is right before the rushes. About 30 min before lunch dinner an breakfast time the food is very fresh an hot.
I ordered online, picked it up in the drive thru and they pulled me to the curb so that the chicken can cook fresh. I waited for another 37 minutes at the curb, on top of the 20 minutes in the drive thru. I walked in to check on the status and the lady at the counter said that it is still coming. I said okay and that I would wait for it inside. I got my food after another 15 minute wait, I checked it and was missing stuff so I told the lady at the counter. She got the food that I was missing and through it at me at the front counter. The service was completely unacceptable! If you visit Wendy’s, go to the East side, they are always short staffed but you never experience this kind of disrespect. I complained to the Corporate office and of course it got swept under the rug. Nice, Wendy’s…great job.
The person behind the counter lied about the sweet tea being available, that's one mistake. However I asked please do not put mustard on my food, he said they don't use mustard, what drips out of my burger ...... Globs, and, globs of MUSTARD. YUCK!!!!
Used a deal from the app, which was good. The staff was friendly and helpful, but the hamburgers were lukewarm at best. Not the hot and fresh nantra as advertised by Wendy's.
Terrible experience 11:30 12/24/22 did an online order, waited about 20min. When I got there the lady was very rude, tried to give me some else's order and then told me my order hadn't been made. I waited and what I got was cheese fries where the shredded cheese hadn't even been melted and was missing an order of fries. I didn't notice until I got home. Hate being treated as an inconvenience when I'm paying for the service.
