Went through the drive through with my mom today, got a raw burger in return.
This is not the first time we have recieved raw food from this location and incorrect orders. I have also gotten a raw burger from here that led to me getting food poisoning a year or so ago.
Just the other day I had an allergic reaction, because they gave me spicy chicken nuggets when I am allergic to capsacian.
Numerous occasions we have ordered fries and gotten full potatoes in return.
I don't know why we keep coming back here. Probably won't ever again. There's a Wendy's about 10 minutes right down the road that is absolutely worth the extra drive if you want Wendy's.
I walked into the store after recieving the order to inform them that my mother had just eaten half of a raw burger. Any time I have recieved contaminated food from any restaurant, there has always been a refund and a free replacement. The manager was incredibly rude and whisked me away with another cheap, and probably raw, burger. Lord knows I'm not gonna bite into it to find out.
Was disappointed in several areas with our visit to this Wendy's.
The food was disappointing. We got the $5 Big Bag. The bacon double cheeseburger was cold and dry. I swear it had been on the shelf thirty minutes past its shelf life. The chicken tenders were mediocre. The fries were warm, about the only plus of the meal.
The dining part of the restaurant was clean. The mens restroom was nasty.
Definitely disappointing. I won't be back to this location and may not be back to a Wendy's...
When my car is in the shop I'm usually either forced to doordash or walk to a food place. I never go to wendys when I'm out of a car because this dine in area is never open and I don't know if it's because the workers are lazy or what but it sucks especially on days when I'm craving wendys but can't go because they have no dine in.
Not into fast food much due to the poor quality and service nowadays with most of the chains. Stopped here off the Chester exit while traveling to use their restroom and grab something quick to eat on the road. The restroom was clean. The manager working the register was very friendly and helpful. My Dave’s Single, fries, and coffee were prepared just right and came out to me in a few minutes!
The last time I went they wouldn't let me pick up a mobile order from the drive thru... WTH? I had to park and walk in to tell them to look for my order. They didn't even know it was there. Then I waited 20 minutes after that to get my order. Not the first problem I've had with store #883. The list is long
District manager didn’t hire me because she hired my girlfriend and don’t want couples working I said I’ll do another shift she said no y’all might call out together I said I’m grown mam I have bills why would I do that she said I have other stores I said well can you put me at one of them she said I’m the district manager that’s if I want to hire you ..but like I said I don’t do couples then started out of no where getting disrespectful and hung up in my face then I called back she told another worker she do not talk over the phone but yet was just on the phone with me I told her I will be writing a complaint and I am how are you a district manager with a mouth like that and that’s against the law to say well since you two date I can’t hire you that’s outrageous!!!!!!! Not once did I get disrespectful I said mam I’m just trying to work she kept talk over me without even listening to what I was saying I will be taking a lawsuit out on ms Brenda states you cannot deny due to color religion race or because a couple wants to work for your establishment!!!!! Cannot treat everyone with rudeness
The woman who took our order at 70th Avenue was so rude we had to leave instead of eating inside.
I was cursed out at the Wendy’s Drive Thru window in Chester Va, after I had placed a mobile order @10pm. All of the employees were outside. I pulled up to give mobile order name because they said they were only taking cash…when I drove around to window no one helped me for over 15mins after I gave her my name. I honked horn someone came in finally from outside. Told them I wanted to cancel my order after still not being helped. I already paid for it. They were too busy outside. They hadn’t even started my order. The woman said as she was closing the window. “Get the F out of here “ Btw: She never cancelled my order. @10 on 5/17/24 on Kingston Ave in Chester. SOMEONE @WENDYS PLEASE REVIEW THE CAMERA FOOTAGE.
