Great place. Food was good and fresh. The service was also very good. The people working around lunch on 5/31 were very nice and had a great working attitude. Very good.
The food here has been good. I just started coming to this Wendy's. Everybody has seemed friendly. Why the two stars? After you order they have you drive around the building to the other side to wait for your food. I don't mind this but the problem is you have to make a left-hand turn twice across 3 lanes of busy traffic in order to do this and I think it's dangerous. I don't understand why I can't wait at the window. I'll not be visiting the drive-thru anymore.
Ordered soda and it tasted bad. Asked for a replacement. The worker with an attitude ordering me to try it before I go. I get it, we are all tired of our jobs, but you gotta treat people with respect if they treat you nice.
Rude customer service!
Went today in the drive thru (not even a hello can I take your order)…. Just said (Wendy’s) as if I was disturbing them…
Handed me my drink with the lid barely on it. I asked for a napkin & the employee with pink extensions acted as if she could care less.

Terrible service !! The manager ANGIE is super rude and very unprofessional. Ask to speak to a manager regarding my order and not being able to use my gift card nor the mobile app. As I was explaining my experience to her she kept cutting me off and I ask for customer service number and her name. She aggressively tells me that “I AIN’T GONNA GET IN TROUBLE ANYWAYS”..this is how managers talk to customers and it’s unacceptable.
Service was terrible. I’ve worked in the food service industry and I have never been rushed like the lady taking my order. She rolled her eyes and gave me attitude.
Food came out as expected. Weird that the drive through has a one lane exit, so other parked cars can't get out that way.
Service was horrible. I was the only one ordering. 7 employees were all standing around, half of them looking at their phones. My order took much too long to get. The girl taking my order never made eye contact. The restaurant needs updating. Decor and carpeting super old. The bathrooms were gross with toilet paper and garbage on the floor. Grime and dirt build up. Avoid at all costs!
