Food was ok. Burgers were done right but the fries were cold and soggy. The drinks were good. The nuggets were just warm leaning towards cold.
The staff was very friendly. The cook on grill was hilarious I think his name was Daniel. Great sense of humor even another guy was cool Clyde or something like that. Staff is mostly young but well managed.
Areas were clean and staff seemed on top of it.
Hermitage Wendy's really struggled with consistency during covid. However, over the past couple years, they have become one of the most consistent restaurants in town! Minimal wait times even when they are busy, and great accuracy. Can't beat the prices either. Great comeback Wendy's!
I know I went late but it was twenty minutes before close. There were only two cars in the line which were me and someone else, but the service was so slow. It took about fifteen minutes for my fifteen dollar burger to be made. I had enough time to read through a short book before getting my food.
The burger was okay and the fries sorta meh. Coke was decent tasting as always. Meh food, slow service makes this a no go for future visits.
Wendy's in hermitage has really gone down hill. Have gotten taco salad. Lettuce brown and wilty. Have gotten many a burgers that have been uncooked. And it's not like I live close to take it back. So someone has no supper
May want to have your drive thru man today take a lesson and how to treat customers. It's incredibly rude for someone to snap at a customer when the man wasn't even at the window. When told I didmt see anyone so wasn't sure about if I should pull forward he snapped at me. Mind you I waited before making the choice. There was only 2 cars. Myself and the person behind me so not sure what was going on. I get the man maybe having a bad day but it doesn't need to go onto the customers. I do hope the man's day gets better whether him being upset is work or personal related but just felt maybe a word should be had. Maybe he is struggling.

This place is absolutely disgusting. From the start the employees were very rude and impatient. I asked for shredded cheese after paying; not realizing it costed extra and an employee snapped at me saying I’d have to pay. We then tried looking for a clean table to sit at and couldn’t find any, was told to clean one ourselves with “water and napkins”. Around the ketchup dispenser there was a literal colony of gnats hovering above it and in it. Following that one of the grill/fry cooks walked into the bathroom wearing his apron and gloves, was in there for a decent amount of time before leaving the bathroom in his apron and gloves heading straight back to the grill. Mind you they weren’t busy, there wasn’t a rush and literally no customers inside. On top of all that, I got chili and got a whole hamburger patty in it.. The manager we addressed it to didn’t finish listening to my fiancé about the situation before she walked away ignoring the rest of his complaint. This place is very unprofessional and dirty. Better off eating garbage out of a ditch!
Best of the fast food chains in the area , fresh never frozen beef, fresh buns and good service
