The inside is closed at 6:30pm!! Had a mobile order for 2 potatoes took me 15 minutes to get to the speaker then another 15 at the speaker until the worker to addressed me. The guy behind me went around me (assuming he also had a mobile order he wasn’t able to get). In short this location suckkks! All I’m saying is don’t make inside pick up an option if it is not. I would not have waited 30 minutes for 2 potatoes had I known. They tasted fine but again the frustration was not worth it!
The older woman who works the drive-through needs to find a different job because she may be the most miserable person I’ve ever seen in my life. When I asked for some ketchup, she threw it into my car and slammed the window. It’s not my fault she made bad choices in her life.
I got the spicy chicken combo with cheese fries, and she loves the root beer with light ice. There was no line the service was fast and got the food fast to less than five minutes altogether, the customer service was friendly and nice.
The inside of the store was packed.
On a chilly Saturday night I appeared at the drive through of this Wendy’s. Within 4 seconds of my window rolling down, a feminine voice emerged from the speaker. Before I know it, my order was taken in sub 12 seconds. I was off! To the second window, I soon had my debit card in the reader before even processing what I ordered. My ice cold drink was delivered in record time, followed by my beautiful nuggets and French fries. This is the closest I’ve gotten to seeing god, and everything took less than 100 seconds. Bravo, I have been reborn.
Sooooooo if you go there on Friday and Saturday nights you can place your order and they will give you a mystery bag of sandwiches and lukewarm fries. You wilk have to wait in line depending on who's working for anywhere from 15 to 20 mins for your food and another 27 to get the correct food. This will give you nothing but time to catch up on your favorite podcast or clean out any trash in said vehicle that's you've been putting off for a while. In conclusion please don't go there if your hungry or if you plan on having a hot meal....bring a friend or a book to keep you company.
Today my last time trying this Wendy’s. Got two biggie bags both burgers from them are cold outside only warm in the middle. Ik I sound dumb. Obviously food gonna get somewhat cold driving back home. But exactly min drive home. No way it should be that cold. Workers are dookie have a ghetto attitude. You never can dine into this one because they keep the doors locked. This place needs dump or the staff needs fixed or better management.
My last occasion here I entered as the employees were having a food fight so I left. Yesterday I drove up to the drive thru and waited for 10 minutes so I drove up to the first window who told me that they’d take care of me at the second window. At the second window I was told I would have to go back around while cars were already lined up. So the manager ,” unique “came out and laughed at me while dancing. This place is filthy and poorly run. I always eat at Wendy’s but not this one.
Fries aren’t crispy, and the nuggets are small and aren’t crispy, neither, but the seasoning flavor is okay. The floor in the lobby feels oily and can be little slippery, and the store manager should be aware. Besides, the guy who works at the fryer station sneaks out a nugget and puts in his mouth under the mask... ???? The cashier is friendly and works fast. ????
