Went through this particular Wendy’s on a random week night and they just happened to be really busy. There was a mix up with the car in front of me which lead to several cars, including myself, having the wrong order. I was able to pull around, walk in and speak with the associate at the counter. He apologized for the mix up, stated he would need a manager and got them for me. The manager was super friendly and immediately jumped into action to get us the correct food. They also let us keep the frosties from the mix up order! How kind! I was very impressed with the positive attitude and attentiveness given the fast paced environment.
Over all: mix ups happen! It’s fast food and fast paced environments have little things go wrong all the time. I’m super grateful to the crew working on 04/10/2024 for the kindness and care for my situation. The food was also *very* good and handed with care even though it was rushed. The crew here deserves all of the stars but I can only give you 5!
My experience was not good. First off ordered my food of course. Bacon cheeseburger meal which was $ 12.50. another bacon cheeseburger just the burger $ 8.50. Okay received my food I did order a double stack but wasn't charged for it and it wasn't in the bag. Fine thats not my complaint my complaint is went home with the food and no no bacon on either one of the hamburgers. I called them and was told how do they know for sure there was no bacon. Food was not okay and is pricey. I usually don't write reviews but if you pay for something that what you should great and I know it's fast food and standards are great. But I did pay for something I didn't get and when I called they treated me like I was just wasting there time. No you actually wasted my time and ripped me off and didn't take accountability..I'll never return. You definitely need to keep grub hub because that's were your employees are paying attention too.
Thus location has some of the friendliest employees I've encountered. The burgers and breakfasts are standard quality for Wendy's - which I enjoy. The drive through and exit are a bit challenging at busy times.
Great food at a great price. We had that 5 dollar special come with Jr. bacon burger fries, chicken nuggets, and a sods..
We used the drive-through. Workers were pleasant to deal with. They were fast. And everything was how we ordered it. Was soooo nice not having to go back and have it redone.
I will definitely return as well as tell others. The atmosphere was so nice for a change.on top of the great staff, the food wasn't that bad. It was rather good..
They messed up on the order. When I asked them to correct it they were rude and pissy. Manager stated he needed to yell at someone. Then, while waiting for them to correct the order I could continue to hear them yelling as well as the woman at the drive thru was tweaking Hella. Highly would not recommend.
Came to this location after a night out around 1:30am. This location is open until 3am. The interaction was very nice in the beginning, but after waiting 30+ minutes in line after ordering (we were doing an at the speaker order, plus my friend had already paid for her mobile order that we were picking up, otherwise I would have left) and another 30+ minutes at the window. After inquiring about how much longer waiting at the window would take, they informed me that it would be at most 5 minutes as there was miscommunications happening between the team inside. Ok. So we wait the 5 minutes, and we inquire about the orders once again. They still were not done, it’s almost been an hour at this point & there are people honking behind us, wondering what is the hold up. I asked about the mobile order, which they handed me. They had the mobile order ready, and sitting out the ENTIRE time! The guy hands me the bag and I feel the fries, they were so cold it was comical. I couldn’t believe that they thought it would be acceptable to give this to a customer after waiting AN HOUR for fresh food! I then told the window worker that I would just like a refund instead of waiting, because it is 2:53AM at this point. The worker gets his manager, who angrily hands me cash back and shuts the window without saying anything. I never got a receipt for my transaction so I wasn’t sure that he had handed me back the right change so he printed me a receipt and slammed the window shut. We have been nothing but patient and nice to these workers, and to be treated this way after waiting OVER AN HOUR was appalling. I waited until the manager finally opened the window, after waiting a good 2 minutes of being ignored by him as he stood at the window register (he knew 1000% I was asking for him and he continued to ignore me) and asked for his name. He informed me that his name is Carl and once again slammed the window shut.
I can understand being overwhelmed, stressed with closing and dealing with staff miscommunication in a time where the situation feels hectic, but as a manager myself, I would NEVER. EVER. treat a customer the way Carl did. I was nothing but nice and understanding the entire interaction, and didn’t even become short with him when he slammed the window in my face, TWICE! Wendy’s, it seems like you may need a new night manager with better customer service! Do better! Hopefully you had a better night, Carl ????
The food is mediocre but the employees are friendly and helpful and usually very quick with the food. Overall Wendy's food quality has gone down but the employees being so courteous and proficient at there job saved it from a 2 star. So if it's convenient for you then go buy if there's another fast-food near by I should go there instead....

Refused to give me the sauces I wanted because I ordered a kids fry (along with other items.) Apparently it's impossible for a child to want ranch and honey mustard with fries?? Only got 1 sauce out of the 4 I clearly ordered.
