This overall is the best Wendy's I have ever eaten in. The staff get along so well, even in the background, that it's unbelievable. They truly amp up the pleasure of dining there. Mark the cashier / greeter, well he's just great to interact with. I've actually held up the line accidentally, just talking with him. ????
And as always, the food was hot.

They seem to purposely give you something completely different from what you ordered at this location. Consistent screwed up orders. Can’t even get chicken nuggets right. Ask for a taco salad and they’ll give you a basic salad and chili -_- dodge this place
Waited in the drive through for 10 mins than another 20 in line after placing the order. This is supposed to be fast food. The people inside seem to be having a good time.. service was awful.
I have never seen such a terrible restaurant in my life. Do you regularly test the staff working inside for drugs or alcohol?! Because the young black girl talking to me was answering me with her eyes half opened and drunk. I think this restaurant authorities need to completely review the staff. Because this is a restaurant with zero service quality. Frankly, I am disgusted and will never go to this restaurant again and will not recommend this branch of this restaurant to anyone Frankly, even as I write this, I feel nauseous.Please employ quality personnel, not cheap ones..! Also, the front door was full of delivery drivers. I think the staff is very slow in handling only orders. Frankly, I think the authorities of this restaurant should thoroughly review their staff. If it continues like this, the service style may lose more customers like me..!!!
I ordered food on their mobile app and thought I would get it at a decent time, but my husband stood there for 20 minutes while our food sat on the shelves and the employees kept walking past it. There were multiple people waiting, ringing the bell, and mind you there was a camera so they saw everyone waiting. I had to call the store just to get them to have someone give my husband our food. My frosty was completely melted, food cold, and the sandwiches were saturated in mayo. I use to love this wendys, but they've gotten really bad this past year.
Orders are not quality checked. Food is cold & not exactly what was requested as far condiments, cheese, or vegetables IE: No cheese or sauces/condiments w/extra tomatoes. I received none of my requests nor was able to get a receipt for the Order.
It was the dinner rush yet I get my food quickly and it was hot and delicious! The employees were efficient, competent, and friendly. I get the same meal whenever I go to Wendy's and this was the best out of four locations I have dined at in the area.
