All the employees at this Wendy's are lazy and incompetent. Couldn't give napkins mismade breakfast item twice couldn't bother to put ketchup and salt in bag as requested. Every time we come here something is wrong. Would not recommend the hassle.
Went last night and grill "was down" so all they had was chicken products, frosty machines already broken down too. And only accepting card cause I'm sure they also already broke down the cash drawer too. It was barely midnight. They were still open another hour. Highly disappointing
this wendy’s sucks. they always mess up my orders. today i came through for french toast sticks & they pulled me to the front to wait for my food. i was sitting there for 15 mins & finally went inside to see what was taking so long & they forgot about us. i watched them start cooking my order. never coming here again. lecanto wendy’s is WAY better.
The only person here that has any common sense is the pretty Spanish looking chic that's always there. We just walked out alongside 3 other customers that were waiting to order, but NOBODY was taking anyone's orders. I was like, what in the world is going on here? Then, while we were waiting in line, this big doofy guy on the line where you build burgers, bent down to talk to someone on the other side and his face was LITERALLY 4 inches away from the tomatoes. I watched him do this 2 times, AND wipe his nose on his arm.
The only reason I'm leaving this review is in hopes the manager or owner will see so they can address it. If this was my restaurant, I would want to know.
The employees are moving so slow that multiple customers just walked out the door. I would be mad as heck if my employees were allowing this. 12/28/23 at 12:15 afternoon
Stopped here during our road trip. Fast & friendly service & the food was fresh! The restrooms were also very clean! This Wendy's is definitely better than the rest.
So we asked for no salt on the fries because the person that wanted them CANNOT have salt! When we arrived at the window we heard the “gentleman” on his headset tell the cook “just wash them! Just wash them! Well he was talking about WASHING the salt off of the fries ! This is one for the books! I have NEVER heard of that before! Luckily the person that I was with knew what they were talking about! If someone had told me this story, I would have questioned it!
We went through the drive thru. We placed our orders and after paying were asked to move forward. Which isn't an unusual request. How ever we sat and waited while two other cars came and went. Hoping that when we got our food we would receive HOT fresh fries at least. NO we didn't ! upon getting home my Asiago bacon chicken sandwich had no cheese and no bacon and barely had any ranch dressing on it. The sandwich was a huge disappointment, dry chicken between a plain bun. Very dissappointing!!!! Don't worry I will never visit your place again. I promise.
Employees are incredibly inconsiderate, was pulling up to the drive in window and was greeted with a discussion between 2 employees about someone’s sex life and how they call their boyfriend “daddy”.. great start to this review. Anywho, they lack the ability to use simple greeting terms such as “hello” or anything in general. Most of the time it’s passive aggressiveness. Also they have no idea how to use condiments, had enough ketchup and mustard on my burger to use as dip for my chicken nuggets, gross. Manage yourself Wendy’s! You’re doing a heck of a job failing at that.
