If it was possible to put 0 stars I would. This Wendy's is terrible. The people are nothing but rude and every time I come here my order is always messed up or missing something. Sometimes even my food is cold. And whenever someone is on break we have to use the kiosk. Like I don't mind doing that but sometimes I forget my card and I use my phone but the card reader on the kiosk doesn't allow tap. Very inconvenient. The place is also FILTHY no one cleans that dining room. Is disgusting to be honest with you. Today my boyfriend came through the drive thru and when he was going to pay, the older guy said to him "hi sir I don't know your total" like how hard is it to look at the screen and read the numbers. It's crazy to me how the employees there don't know how to do their job and when you try to tell them what was wrong with the order they just give you attitude, grant most of the time that is when we go at night and I understand the staff are tired but it doesn't give you the right to be rude. Honestly if you guys don't like your job so much you should find a new one that isn't in customer service.
Their staff (the females only on 4/02/2024) were the worst I ever seen! So ghetto! No customer service! LAUGHED AT ME! After I waited 5 min in drive through! Parked my car to get customer service! Then after waiting 2-3 min told me to use the kiosk, instead of taking my order! I AM TELLING EVERYONE IN UPPER DUBLIN/AMBLER, to never go to this WENDYS! This is not the first time, but it’s the last time I’m taking the disrespect and ghetto atmosphere!!! If it wasn’t illegal, I would have fought them! Go back to philly where you came from! (And or expected that treat me.) I expect way better in the second most wealthiest county in the country! DO BOT GO THERE!!! BEWARE!!
FALSE ADVERTISING
Wendy’s is advertising a new orange cream milkshake. Stopped at this location today to get it. There’s a huge sign on the front window with it on it saying that it’s new and they have it. Went through the drive-through and was told they don’t have it. They only have vanilla and chocolate. That’s called false advertising. If you don’t have something, don’t put it on your windows saying you offer it.
EDIT: Used to go here 1 or 2 times a week. Service started getting worse around Feb 2024 (incorrect orders, half filled fries, etc.) Ordered via app on a Friday night in March 2024. Arrived about 12:15 AM. Told they closed early and everything packed up (on a Friday night!). App already processed order so couldn't cancel. Person at drive thru window couldn't do anything about it. Submitted request online for refund. Told local store will reach out and provide refund. Never happened. Haven't been back since. Used to be good place to go. Too many other options around to deal with this.
Original Review: The food is usually good here. The people are very nice. It is probably the only place to get food very late. They are open to 1 AM, even Sundays. Drive thru is usually quick, especially after 9 PM. The Wendy's rewards app works here, but some of the employees don't seem overly familiar with scanning your phone. I've had to explain it to them a couple of times. Overall good place to get a late night meal.
The chili is no longer chili. It is a cup of red broth with a couple beans and old broken up burgers. The Chili used to be great but I’m done ordering it. I even requested that they scoop from the bottom and I still got a cup of red broth. Just call it soup. It’s not chili. I am actually a fan. Their burgers and fries are great! But you blew it on the chili so you get 1 star
The place was dirty and the food was plain. They need someone to clean up the dining room tables and floor. Other than that, good parking across the street from a big gas station next to a highway.
Most DISGUSTING PLACE I EVER BEEN! DO NOT GO! They will laugh in your face! NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AND I WILL TELL ALL OF UPPER DUBLIN/AMBLER TO NOT GO! Disrespected me and was very disturbed to say the least!!! I will share with over 100 people how disturbing this place is!! NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN! DO BETTER AND DO NOT HIRE TRASH AT YOUR Establishment!!!
Food wasn't bad.. got the wrong sandwich and didn't get my straws for my drink.. but I'll blame that on the lunchtime rush.. at least the person working the drive through was polite..
