I have had multiple bad experiences at this Wendy’s but tonight takes the cake. I ordered through the mobile app, pulled up to the window and sat for a few minutes. I was finally told they were totally out of BOTH drinks I ordered, Coke and Dr. Pepper. After replacing the drinks, they told us they were ALSO out of barbecue. They literally could not complete a single part of my order in full, and were not apologetic or understanding about it. Will be avoiding this Wendy’s at all times in the future.
I come here for breakfast all the time! Better food quality than most other fast food spots and better price! My only complaint is the bacon(if i get it)is usually crumbly or its been sitting. Potato wedges 99% of the time piping hot. Sandwich (except bacon) always fresh. The ladies are always pleasant.
Every time I have Terrible Service or Food...

Went today.... Manager REFUSED to put her Hand/Arm out the Window to collect $
I teased... As 1/2 my body was hanging out the door... I teased... "Please you can reach a cpl of inches"..
She said "NO I CANT... YOU NEED TO BACK YOUR CAR UP AND COME CLOSER"
Which I couldn't do bc there was a car behind me... She threw the Food @ me....
Top it off I had to go threw again bc there was no straw for my frostie, no spoon for my chili, or fork for my bacon cheese fries... She threw those at me to ..
When I called asking for the manager when I got home ...she Refused to give me her name...
Gee I wonder why?!?...
The last time I was there I had Moldy Chili.. which not only did they NOT reambirse... THEY KEPT SERVING IT.... DO NOT GO TO THE WENDYS ON QUEEN STREET SOUTHINGTON
Everytime I've gone here lately I am myself why. This location is VERY VERY SLOW. Frostys.... 10 minute wait. And... used the APP. This is the 2nd time in just these that this has happened. Time to go to other location instead.. be ready for waiting. And. They have forgotten part of my food order last time. Ck your bag before leaving.
The left part of the outside menu has had a burnt out light for the last 3 months and nothing has been done even though I have let them know at least 4 times. At night, it is almost impossible to order from that side.

To find out she was on her headset talking. I told Her my order then my husband placed His order and she only rang up his order!!! I had to do my order again. We went to get napkins and the area was covered in dried up ketchup all over!!!!!!! How could this be when we are the first guests? This has to been from the previous night. Disgusting! Then we go to get our drinks and the entire area is splashed with dried up soda All over the machine and area! DISGUSTING!!!!!! Where is the health dept?!??? So now I wonder if this area isn’t being cleaned, how are the actual cooking areas!!!?!!!! Southington Health Dept needs to get
On the ball here especially after I read the other reviews. So they read the reviews? Does Corporate read these reviews? I won’t be eating here again!
Went through the drive through. The cashier spilt soda on my boyfriend because the lid wasn't even on. Then she dropped his debit card because i guess she thought he grabbed it but he was cleaning his pants off, luckily the person behind us saw and got out his car to get it for us. They also didn't give us our fry that came with our meal. On top of it all there was a hair in my food after i had already started eating it and I know it didn't come from anyone in my home. Never going here again.
I watched 4 customers in a row (myself included) have to return to the counter because the food was wrong. (I got a completely different sandwich from what I ordered). The kid at the register has no idea what's going on and can't even repeat back the simplest of orders.
