Stopped in after a quick visit with family. The food was hot tasty. If the lettuce had been fresh and not wilted, Wendy's would have got 5 stars. However, we did feed a family of 5 for $28 bucks, not bad.
I can give only five star wishing to give more. Great Food. Service was great (assuming manager) had given most in the Wendy’s the Peppermint Frostee which was pretty good. Atmosphere was calm and friendly, hope to see this Wendy’s continue this Service.
Never fails to have this store make me wait on my order that was supposed to be ready when I arrive. The whole point of mobile ordering is to have the order ready when the customer arrives, not to 'check in' the order to start preparing it. If I wanted to wait 10 minutes, I would have used their drive through to begin with.
I just picked up what was supposed to be two burgers, two fries, two drinks and a salad. I got home with all but the 2nd burger hadn't been put in the bag. I'd have provided an order # but the receipt wasn't given to me either. Ridiculous! Wendy's charges premium prices. Attention to detail should be a point of pride. The fries were almost certainly reheated or double fried - barely edible. The grounds around this restaurant look kind of shabby. The drive through menu has been unlit for some time so I was glad that I had a flashlight. Wendy's used to be a place where you could count on quality but in my experience this is no longer the case. Kinda sad...
Rude. Not the wendys I know. Over cooked my French toast sticks. Dude was So rude at the window. Bad
We were traveling from the great north to south Texas and needed a quick meal. We were greeted by the cashier who took our orders and then stated they did not have fries. No big deal, but you can see fries already made. We kindly left but wanted to use the restroom before we left. It was disgusting! I'm glad we didn't eat there (they did us a favor really). But you can hear the cooks snickering saying, "we told them we don't have fries, but we do". I usually don't judge, but given how the staff looks like recovering opioid users, I was not surprise by their efforts of wanting to work. I hope the owner do themselves a favor and replace their staff or at least be present for awhile.
(Note: we told folks that was entering the establishment of what the staff are doing and they decided to leave. They also told the next car as they got out as well. The owner probably lost at least a few thousand in business that day. Who knows how much is walking out the door daily. You will be closed in a year with people like this working for you good luck!)
This is this worst fast food establishment I have ever experienced. The service was extremely poor. The fries were cold and the burgers were made wrong. I watched the drive thru attendant throw her head set and stop taking orders . We waited for 20 minutes on our wrongful order. This was a horrible experience and I do not recommend anyone to come to this establishment. I know I never will again.
I normally don’t post reviews unless they are positive, but after my experience tonight, I thought I’d share it. I always use the mobile app to place my orders. I pull up to the drive through and there is one car in front of me. I wait 20 minutes, and I’m not exaggerating. I finally roll down my window and hear that car just now making their order. I couldn’t believe. After they pull up to the window, I pull up and there’s nothing. Not even an “I’ll be with you in a moment.” I finally say “hello” and a voice says in a very angry tone “I said I’ll be with you in a moment.” I wait another five minutes and the voice comes on saying “What can I get for you?” (Not an “I’m sorry for the wait.”) I then said I had a mobile order and the person taking my order couldn’t find it. I go in the app and it looks like it didn’t go through, so I resubmit. He then tells that I have to go into the mobile order spots. I told him “no, I either get my food or you can lose my business. I’ve waited long enough.” He says “whatever,” so I pull away and as I drive past the window, he leans out the window and yells “we still make billions every year and don’t need your business.” Now, I’ve been mad at this Wendy’s before and have always eventually started patronizing them again after a while. I go to this Wendy’s a lot, but not anymore. Wendy’s, the corporation, always makes cracks at McDonalds on their Facebook page saying their food is served hot and fresh, but the last few times I have been to this Wendy’s, the food has been lukewarm at best. I work in a field where customer service is a priority and I was astonished at this employee’s behavior. It’s beyond unnecessary to wait as long as I did. I know the food industry, especially fast food, is hard work and I applaud those that do it, but they should strive for great customer service and working quickly.
