Just confused about why I paid the same amount for only 20pc..., Definitely willing to change the review for the other 30 nuggets later. No hard feelings.
Depending on who is Is working the drive thru window you may get good service or ghetto service. The attitude is unnecessary. If you don't like your job dont take it out on me. I have officially stopped going to this Wendy's due to horrible service.
I order from the app all the time and I keep going hoping that they will change but no they only some how just get WORSE I ordered $70 worth of food and I only got TWO MEALS and then all the drinks for all the meals I ordered but missing all of the other meals I ordered. I ordered 3 meals and a party pack of nuggets 2 baked potatoes and I only got 1 meal and the party nuggets with all the drinks. So in reality I spent $70 pluse tip for basically 2 items and drinks, and this happens everytime I order from here sometimes I'll be lucky if I even get anything at all. I will probably never order from here again and I should of never gone back either.
I’ve always went through the drive thru. This time I decided to go inside. Bad idea. I won’t be eating food from here ever again. The place was nasty. Floors in kitchen area looked like they hadn’t been cleaned for years. One of the Managers was sick and coughing all over the food and grills. I love Wendy’s as a whole but this Wendy’s would be an embarrassment to Dave.
Ordered at the drive-thru to take home (8 blocks away). Husband threw his single burger in the garbage - stale and cold. But it WAS in my hands before I even got my change from the guy at the window, most likely because it had been sitting out for a couple hours. Gotta' do better, Wendy's, especially considering there is a McDonald's and a Burger King across the street which we will go to in the future. What's $7 down the drain these days anyway?
I understand working at Wendys could feel like a diminished or daunting experience for some, but it isn’t and it is unnecessary to take out your frustrations on people who are being polite. Will never return, the staff and managers well so rude to a point that I cannot phantom.
Not the attention attitude or atmosphere. If I had to guess they aren’t happy to work here. Or just don’t care about the experience someone has when the come to them

I stopped off Friday evening for a quick bite to eat. Tammy was helping me with burger order .
Next thing I know is I'm waking up on the stall floor of the bathroom, side bandaged up and missing a kidney. I will say Wendy's has the cleanest public Bathrooms I've ever seen and has great meal selections.
Hats off to our Tammy for sending me home with an Ice Pack!
