Old cold fries & nuggets. They need to adhere to their hold times. They seem like they’ve been sitting under the light for hours. The sandwich had barely anything on it & the staff wasn’t rude but they weren’t friendly either. Let me add that if it makes me sick I will be following corporate action. Also, they refuse to answer the phone and that’s just a bad look. This Wendy’s needs HELP. Health department needs to visited unexpectedly, not when they can fake their service and freshness.
I love their frosty, their nice and thick compared to other locations, but only then a frosty and fries I don’t really get anything else here everytime I get chicken nuggets here I get really sick and so would my family. A lot of chaos in and around the building but would 100% recommend a frosty
Typical Wendy's food. Service was friendly and fast. The area this Wendy's is in is a little rough, but not terrible. I'd hit this place again if we were in the area.
There was only a couple cars in front of me. We were all waiting there for at least 30 minutes then I didn't even get a full large chili.
Honestly just kind of aggravated that this Wendy’s can never get orders right or they’re always out of stuff. I don’t get why it’s so hard to make an order correct especially when it’s on a screen right in front of you. It’s ridiculous that multiple things were made wrong and only one thing was corrected. Ordered a large drink, got a small, ordered a chocolate frosty, got strawberry, asked for extra ranch, got extra bbq instead. It’s really just ridiculous, the only thing corrected was the frosty????
It's surprisingly one of the best Wendy's I've been to . They're always polite and my order is always right.
had to run in to go to the bathroom 5 minutes before they closed, doors were locked but someone let us in. had to pee after an almost 3 hour trip with no stops and a redbull... super nice guy let us in
Took 20 minutes with the drive-thru on Saturday around 2 pm. Not only were they really busy but they seemed very shorthanded. Chili was a little spicy & they forgot sour cream and extra onions.
