Just got home from working all day, and all I wanted to do was eat something shower and sleep. Now everything is ruined because someone at the Wendy's on 610 Stafford Virginia decided that she doesn't care if her hair ends up on one's meal
It was a good dining experience at this Wendy’s location. The only issue was that they failed to put mustard on my burger as requested. My cheeseburger and fries were very good. The service was polite and my order was prepared pretty quickly. The dining area was fairly clean, but could be better. Overall, a really good experience! I recommend this location.
Although I noticed the girl who took my order was still in the training process, she was very nice and the manager was being very helpful in guiding her. A great experience and my order was out within seconds! I also love how open the drive through window is. The interior looked very clean and homey.
Went specifically to try the new breakfast burritos. Made the mistake of ordering ahead online. They were out of tortillas and couldn't make the burritos, and were unable to refund my order. Got breakfast sandwiches as replacements and they were extremely disappointing. Wendy's please give up on breakfast, you can't handle it.
the staff seemed impatient and like they were in a hurry to move everyone along even though we were the only ones in line. they left out an entire burger and even said it was in there when it was in fact not. the food was still pretty good but the service could be better
Ordered Taco salad today 10/15/2023.. Only received lettuce, tomatoes and cheese. No sour cream, No salsa, no tortilla chips, and NO Chilli!!!
I was already home and wasn't about to drive back.
Horriable food...the whole night shift crew should be fired immediately...guy in the drive thur. on the mic. Was terriable...cashier was a idiot and the food was not editable. Calling health dept. Monday morning...
Thia is one of the best and most consistently too...
Atmosphere is way relaxed, lots of seating spaces and even has a sunroom-ish. But the best part is the food is ALWAYS hit and good and plenty...
