WENDY’s on SOUTH HIGH STREET.
We deserve better. I chose this place for lunch. They did not seem to care what the product they sent out looked like.

Gee, I wonder why restaurants and fast food chains are losing business. This is what I ordered. This is what I got.
Way too much mayo. Tomatoes just thrown on there. They forgot the lettuce.
Same place I got my delicious Double cheeseburger last week. Consistency is everything…. THEY FAILED!
Thank you Wendy's staff for making our girls day even better! Ordered ghost pepper chicken sandwiches large also a delicious Creamsicle frosty, staff was friendly, and fast paced working. Keep up the great work guys!
Ordered a apple pecan salad and received a Christmas Grinch Salad ! Really, I should have just ate the grass from outside off the lawn and would have been much healthier and safer. Such a waste of my money and they didn't exchange or even try to refunded my money back for the trash salad, with such rude attitudes and must be that time of the month, bi polar mode swings. Bad management and staff all need to be fired, replaced and just closed down the store honestly!
My daughter and I visited this location on 4-4-2024, and have never been as disappointed as we were by Wendy's. Any other time we have come to this location, we have always been welcomed and treated with courtesy. If we had to wait 7 minutes or more, we would ask for a small courtesy drink to make us feel valued as a customer, and also so that we are not sitting there being ignored. Most FAST FOOD places partake in this practice. We waited 4 minutes at the drive through speaker before anyone acknowledged us. Then we waited an additional 5 minutes before they asked for our order, with no apology for the wait. We watched 3 cars behind us get tired of waiting and just pull off without ordering. They didn't mute the speaker so we listened to them talk about the lady in the car in front of us, that said her order was wrong. We then pulled up to the first window to pay, and had no wait time at all, but once we pulled up to the second window, and again, 4 minutes before being acknowledged. Then I asked for a small courtesy drink, because of the wait, and at this point, we had already been there 14 minutes for a nearly $30 order. I then waited an additional 4 minutes when someone else rudely opened the window, and said "what are you waiting for"? I repeated that I asked the previous young lady for a courtesy drink, and she asked me to wait a moment. The lady then came back with a cup of water, and no straw or ice. I asked for a small tea instead and she said... "It's water or nothing". So... 20 minutes, $29.00 spent, and I left feeling like my time was wasted, my hard earned money wasn't appreciated, and my business with the company was not valued, and I didn't matter at all.
The dining area has not been nope or tables wiped down. Food was good, but the place smelled. Let's please do better.
The person at the window tonight couldn’t have been more rude when I asked for new chicken nuggets. I understand this industry can struggle at times and therefore I have very little expectations when getting fast food. But to be cussed out and this person using the F word was just uncalled for. I literally couldn’t have been nicer and this person acted as if I ruined their day.
You can let that person know that I hope their life gets better but they clearly aren’t happy. Also, Fire your tattoo artist because your tattoos looked awful!
Poor customer service at the drive thur. Pulled up to the window to get food and she just hands out two bags and gave as a bad look. I looked in the bars and no ketchup I waited on her to come back over the window and ask for some and that really maid here mad. I understand that sometimes the are short staffed or just having a bad day but being rude should not be acceptable.
At this point this place needs to be permanently shut down and i give it a year or two! They literally are out of everything when we go. Tonight they’re out of salads and chili. They only have nuggets which were completely soggy. We had to ask for a refund. These places are being ran by kids which is causing the business to run in the ground. Too many people on the clock for it to not be any product, taking forever in the drive thru line with only one lane open. It’s ridiculous! It’ll be the last time i ever go! They don’t even have a working number for you to call. Just tear the place down at this point!!!!!
