I stopped at 9 AM on a busy weekday. Although the service was very good, my sandwich had obviously been cooked at 7 and left on the warmer. It was very hard to bite through the english muffin.
Drove in for a orange cream frosty. Got back in line for a chicken ranch wrap. Just wonderful. There was no line. Drove to pgh with a smile. Thanks again Wendy's.
Never can get my order right...Only good thing is the fries are always hot ..
Stopped by for lunch. Restaurant was clean and had a bright, modern environment. Food came out quickly. Fries tasted fresh and were warm. Baked potato was tasty. Bathroom was clean as well.
Worst Wendy's I ever been to one car in front of me and waited over a 30 minutes for a biggie bag while I got to watch employee standing there eating frostys with no care in the world at all about getting order done. This isn't the first time this has happened and it was a doordash order to begin with so it was previously ordered before I even got there and it still took over 30 mins and still wasn't done so I left wasn't worth the wait.
I have never been to a drive thru where the employee didn't say anything. He didn't tell us our total, say hello, have a nice day, or even thank you! He just handed my husband his card and closed the window. When my husband didn't pull away, the kid opened the window and flicked his hand like "what do you want" my husband asked for the receipt so the kid closed the window turned around, and grabbed it, turned around, opened the window, handed us the receipt and closed the window, all without saying a word! WOW!
Best Wendy's location in 20 miles. Between customer service , cleanliness and hit fries , this is the best Wendy's.
Good enough food, as expected. They did forget to give the sauce packets. There were also a cluster of high school age boys being very annoying and loud making random noises. They seemed to be friends of one of the employees at the time.
