Wow. Some unhappy or unfriendly employees here to start. Secondly, I ordered a double and got a single. They gave my son spicy chicken nuggets instead of regular chicken nuggets and of course, he wouldn’t eat them. We didn’t realize until we got home. I tried calling this location and it rang 30 times with no answer. I guess the manager and employees just don’t care. How in the hell do you mess up both orders? I’m done with Wendy’s for good. I’ve been burned twice by this location, won’t be a third. ????????
The staff were so pleasant and polite. My order was fresh and accurate and my large fry was filled up quite nicely . My order only took about 4 minutes to be served even though the store was pretty busy. The lady who served my food treated me just as pleasant as the young man who took my order . This is the best wendys around. Thursday 3p.m. I ordered a Dave's Triple, large fry, and large chili.
Awful!!! The service was lacking, to say the least. The staff was more concerned with the employee that was off shift. It took 15 plus minutes to get the order out, and it was wrong when we got it. My burger had tomato and double cheese on it. It was supposed to be a single with cheese, mayonnaise, extra pickles, and ketchup.
The employees got the order before us wrong, too. It was missing an item. The store was not busy. It was only the 4 people in the order before us and my husband and me.
Fries were luke warm. My burger was made wrong.
The manager didn't seem to care about customer service.
The person making the food made a comment that "it's okay they won't know the difference" about the food they were making. Makes me think that they used the sandwich that was made incorrect for the order before ours, was given to me or my husband. Very sad! There are too many other options to waste your money here!!!!
horrid last experience here. ordered plain cheeseburger, medium fries, medium coke and the only correct part of my order was the coke. cheeseburger wasn't single nor plain and i didn't even get my fries. when i tried to call, they didn't pick up the phone.
Pulled up at the order menu 03/15/2024 at 10:19pm, ordered four spicy chicken sandwiches, he mumbled something I couldn’t understand, then he did not have chocolate Frosty, OK, whatever, rude as hell when I pulled up at the window would not give me a receipt before he made me pull up to wait on my order, then got the order wrong, and had to redo it! Most definitely do not recommend this place, unless they get better staff this place will be ran in the ground really quickly! Very unhappy with my experience!
The food was good. I always like Wendy's.
The inside, however, was very disappointing that the floors were sticky (our shoes were making that sticky noise). There were only a few choices left on the soda freestyle machine.
Guess I'll stay in my car.
Pop machine had only root beer and water. Store didn't have any wraps for the grilled chicken wrap, no salsa for the taco salad. The food was actually really good that we did end up getting but it seemed like the store management had forgotten to order alot of the food items to keep the menu open and accurate.
We had dinner here on a Thursday night around 5:30. They were all out of catsup, even the packets. The soda machine that said it had many choices, had 3!!! Every other choice was "unavailable". I chose coke zero and it tasted terrible. The food was fairly good. How can you be out of catsup at a hamburger place?!!!
