Very clean resteraunt with excellent staff. My order was quick, correct, and warm. The staff were polite and professional. The dining area was clean, and the areas were stocked with everything you needed. The food was very tasty, with the chili being cooked perfectly, my burger was not messy. The only bad thing would be the bacon was old on my burger and on my fries. Everything else was great.
While in town for Groundhog Day festivities, we stopped at Wendy's for a chocolate Frosty. We went through the drive through and had great service with a smile from the employees.
My chili came cold and they also gave me no fries!! I ordered doordash so cold could be the drivers fault but forgetting my fries it's not like I can go back and get them!!
Completely changing my review because the always correct is gone to never correct way to go Wendy's in the picture included was a burger ordered with only ketchup this is part typical for this establishment now
My first time dining in since they remodeled. Very nice upgrade to the interior, although I'm not sure where they found all of the room yet added to the kitchen. I'm also not one to be disappointed in a decent hamburger. The one I had today was outstanding.
Our food was fresh and hot. The cashier was very polite and amiable. Served us quickly and short wait time for our order. Also the order was correct! Clean pleasant atmosphere. Frostie was perfect.
While I was in drive thru, they were rushing me, talking so fast to where I couldn't make special requests like extra ranch and lite ice in my drinks. Next, when they gave my food, they forgot my condiments. The most important part to a meal. Had to eat my fries and nuggets dry.
The sandwich I got here tasted good though.
Still highly upset with lack of condiments.
I didn't have any issues at the drive-thru window as far as time, but I ordered a large chili with extra crackers and she asked me if I wanted hot sauce or cheese and I said no just extra crackers. I can guarantee you that the chili had hot sauce... my nose is still running but it was all I had ordered and I had no way to go back because I had to go to work. The fact that it had cheese wasn't so bad but I really don't prefer that. I don't normally have issues there but this was really disappointing.
