Fast food chains are fairly consistent with a few being better or worse, but this specific Wendy’s was a fantastic experience. I just moved to Colorado and came here for a quick snack. Caesar made my day!
I rarely write any reviews, but if the way I was treated here is how all people in Colorado are, I’m very excited to be here!

The guy that was working on 1/8/24 at 11:30pm is horrible. Sat at the window for about 5 minutes so I asked him about how much longer on my order. He says a few more minutes, I told him I work for Wendys too and I know it doesn’t take that long, he was shocked that I told him that then he says “ it’s going to be a few more minutes so soon as it’s done we’ll give it to you “ whoever is the Close manager needs to train him some more. He has horrible customer service and he doesn’t use the ice scoop. I seen him make 4 mango pineapple lemonades and not once use the ice scoop.

Our fries were cold... I thought they were working on having better fries than McDonald's?
Today I give their fries a ????.. hope it's better next time, might have to go to the other Wendy's a mile away to try their fries!
The dining room is falling apart. The benches aren't attached to the base, and the tables somtimes drop from the weak looking glue keeping them in the wall.
They used shredded cheese instead of the cheese sauce for the cheese fries. The burger was dry. Could barely taste to sauce.
The staff is pretty fast, but they've all acted cold and uncaring. The place is a bit dirty but overall still looks nice and the decorations bring a nice pop to the atmosphere.
They just can't get anything right, ever. This is the one closest to my house and they can never get an order right. It's always missing substitutions. I always have to ask for my frosty or drink. The staff is incredibly rude when you ask for the items you purchased. I will no longer be bringing them my business.
The past three or four times I came for breakfast and ordered the bacon egg and cheese muffin meal and only one time it was good, the rest of the time the sandwich was swimming in butter to the point where everything was dripping and the muffin was falling apart and it made it so salty you couldn’t eat it. It’s almost as if they have a melted butter bowl and they soaked the muffing in it before making the sandwich. I tried calling this morning to let them know and they did not answer. I usually don’t complain but this last time made me very frustrated when I spend 8 dollars and can’t even eat my meal.
This is a decent Wendy's.
The drive thru is reasonably quick.
Some of the teenage employees can be quite flippant and border on disrespectful.
I observed one with expensive artificial nails (long) who couldn't put napkins in a napkin dispenser; she asked her young male coworker to do the task for her.
Go figure - maybe long, artificial nails are not appropriate for a fast food restaurant worker if it keeps her from doing her job.
