Never ever go there. Waited in the drive Tru for 20 minutes only 2 cars in front of me only to get my food and my burger be ice cold. I'm not talking about room temperature. And I parked in the parking lot it's not like I drove anywhere took 2 bites and threw it out. Not worth going in there and starting something. I kept saying thank you to the girl who took my order not once did she say it back. Like how do you get Wendy's wrong how?!?!?!??!?!?! Stay away!!!!!!!!!
I dont know what is going on with Wendy's anymore they drinks are different prices!!! Like that's crazy for real.. so everyone knows u have to pay extra for lemonade!! And at this location the employees will just walk away in the middle of taking your order. And never come back. Not to mention the manager was rudee. I think she doesn't like her job considering how she talks to people. But the food was good and fast for Wendy
Ordered DoorDash from this location at 8:30pm. They never prepared the food, I had multiple drivers try to pick up and cancel, and then after more than an hour this location canceled th order. Shouldn’t have expected much from a Ford City store, but I’d expect more than this.
Always check the current and updated reviews. I wish I had saw the comment about this location having roaches. My last visit was on 5/9/23. In my experience, I would describe eating here a hit or miss. When the mall was thriving, this location always was on point. Now I see that it's under new management. That explains it all. Poor management. The food that I got was alright but I noticed that the Dave's double is prepared differently. Of course, I tried to call and inquire but no answer. It doesn't look like the Dave double that they advertise. They basically gave me a double burger and the one slice of cheese was slapped on top of the other ingredients such as the lettuce, onion and tomato, pickle. The cheese is supposed to go on the meat not the ingredients. So, either this location is doing their own thing or Wendy's is cutting corners altogether. It's misleading none the less. A double cheeseburger is just that. It's not one slice of cheese put on there any ole kind of way. I will attach a photo with this review. If weren't for me reading the review about this location having roaches, I would've let them know my dissatisfaction. But it doesn't matter, I'll never eat at this location again. They were one of the last few locations that I would go to when I crave Wendy's. I will travel past several locations if need be, for better food and service.
Food not good
Staff seen me but stood there talking to each other for a while before asking me what I wanted and dining area was filthy. Didn't enjoy my meal at all it tasted old
Did Illinois pass a law saying that fast food restaurants MUST mess up one part of the customer’s order?
That’s the only thing I can think of to explain what happens here.
Tried to get breakfast and i know Covid Protocol should definitely be uplifted. Everyone doesn't own a car.

After making me wait to order at the drive thru, The manager was impatient while I ordered my food. When giving her the amount I owed her she began to hum the jeopardy theme song. Her attitude was terrible from start to finish and there were no salads available and the spicy chicken sandwich I ordered was very dry.
