Great place to grab a salad and lemonades not just burgers. Staff are usually friendly. I recommend using the app to order ahead, get coupons and points for free food. Don't forget to try a baked potato when they are available!

To try and manipulate drive through times during slow periods, they are instructing people to park instead of waiting at the window. This happens when there is only one person in line. Current time:7:15 pm
The service from the young lady getting my order was great, but I didn't like how she was treated by the two other ladies in the back. It was very uncomfortable when they got mad at the young lady when she asked for a special request in my sandwich that I asked for.
Traffic always makes it hard to get in and out of the parking lot. Fries are always good.
First time to this location, and amongst me and my family's discussions, we all were pleasantly surprised on just how friendly, patient, and professional they were at this location. It honestly had to be a Glenwood Springs standard, because everywhere we went, everyone had the same professionalism and genuine demeanor to be pleasant, patient, and professional. It was very nice to experience this, especially at a Wendy's. We got dinner the night before, and then breakfast the next morning. They were just as friendly that next morning as they were the night before. Other Wendy's locations should take notes from this location, as most other Wendy's locations seem to have lost touch with the importance of great customer service. From me they get a well deserved ????????
Wasn't the greatest Wendy's. More expensive and messier store than the average. Staff wasn't having it, either. They were great to me, but you could just tell.
