Absolutely terrible and dirty. Wrong order multiple times. That sandwich had nothing else on it and I paid for a large and medium. I think the health inspector and Wendy’s corporate need a call after I get off work.
The fries were over cooked, the Jr bacon cheeseburgers were thrown together on buns that were clearly stale, as they were hard hard and dry, and were completely inedible. I also had a chicken sandwich, and the same issue with the bun. Overall I would never eat there Alain, and I love Wendy's because you expect to get the same good food everywhere you go.
Huge rat came out of there building ???? made me sick. I through up all my food. They wouldn't give me a re fund.
Ordered the French toast breakfast with a frostycino. I was given an iced coffee after paying and lied to saying that it was correct. I clarified what the drink was, and then was told it was a cold brew coffee with chocolate syrup. I asked what the price difference would have been without the frostycino and also just the food alone. After the attitude from Anna Mora and confused pricing, I asked for a receipt. I was given one that was not legible to even read the store number. I asked for one that I could read while taking a picture of the initial one. She threw the receipt in my car, told me get out her drive-through, and started recording me. I told her I do not consent to being recorded. She then decided to call the police on me. Corporate needs to intervene on this store asap!
Great place always great service, hot and fresh food excellent set of staff members great job keep up the great customer service everyone. This wendy's is one of the best! You want be dissapeared with whatever you order.
Came in on a lunch rush. It was extremely dysfunctional. I seen the manager tell the cashier to stop taking a customers order and bag some orders. That then created a hostile and tense environment between the two coworkers and the customers who were waiting and viewing. I did make a mobile order but it was still longer than I would have hoped to receive meal
1043pm Waited for 10 minutes behind 2 other cars with 2 behind before getting to the speaker/order system. Waited another 5 minutes without a response on the speaker before pulling around. Supposedly open until midnight but the guy (6' skinny, with long black hair and a beard) inside watching the cars in line on his monitor. He was quick to move out of site when I knocked on the door. Waited another couple minutes then gave up.
Went twice while visiting Denver. Food was great. Hot and fresh. Was stocked with cookies, straws, lids, napkins, ketchup. They have both electronic ordering station and in-person ordering. Can get a little busy during lunch hours. I tried the pumpkin frosty. It was different but I liked it.
