I ordered chicken nuggets and a Fanta zero. Nuggets taste like very old oil and there was a freakin fly in my drink. How gross ????
Payed $22 for two combos and both were incorrect. Spicy nugget were given instead of regular, for my son. I asked for no mayonnaise and the sandwich had mayonnaise on both sides. Asked for Sprite with the combo and I ordered a frosty. They subbed the frosty for the Sprite. Would not recommend this Wendy’s.
Food is always ok.
Staff is not managed well, and bathroom is always out of soap and towels. (Up to three months at a time).
I have called the health department before, and magically the next day the bathrooms are well stocked for about a week then returns to no supplies.
The employees are always friendly and attentive but their management is obviously the issue.
I gave 3 stars because I come here often enough and I know generally the food is as good as you expect from Wendy's. Today however, I only ordered their new Creamsicle frosty only to be informed the only frosty available is chocolate. I only recently saw the ad for this frosty so there's really no reason to be out already. That's all my daughter wanted so we just thanked the employee and left disappointed.
The crew member miss wrong my order didn't realize until I got home. Manager that took my call was rude and didn't apologize for their mistake for miss ringing my order.. when I was in the store it seemed the staff cared more about cleaning than customer service. the food was very sub par and we found a long blond hair in my wives food and seem like been sitting and not fresh as possible. It must have been the 3rd strung crew tonight that only cares about pay check and not upholding to company standards.
I have been here on three different times. Each time they have made something completely different than what I ordered. I try to be understanding but I just don't understand why it is so difficult to make an order. I order a pretzel baconator and get a double hamburger on regular bread. I order a ghost pepper chicken sandwich and get a regular cheeseburger. I order an order of chicken nuggets and get a chicken sandwich. I really don't understand how this place operates but this is ridiculous.
I worked there. Just a heads up for anyone who sees this. They didn't let us wear gloves. We had to just wash our hands every time we touch anything that isn't food. I washed my hands so much they started getting dry. Anyway they my food and everyone else's food with their bare hands. Just thought people should know that.
Drive through. Food tasted really bad of old oil and fries really overcooked. Chicken sandwich was old oil tasting. Couldn't finish it. Also asked for no ice.. received a cup full of ice. No sauce nor ketchup like I asked. First Wendy's I ever went to that I haven't liked the food.
