Racist “manager” with little problem solving skills. Threatening to call the cops on my father after I asked him to pick up a DoorDash while I was busy moving. Showed picture evidence and even was on the phone with the lady to confirm. Twice we ordered twice we had to cancel. Who the hell treats customers like that??? And quite professional to not even wear your name tag while claiming to be a manager. DO NOT GO IF HISPANIC THEY WILL TREAT YOU LIKE TRASH.
I ordered a double big bacon classic and the meat was fine but the toppings were very skimpy and sloppy. I don’t think corporate would like it at all! I also asked for honey mustard & sweet & sour sauce but they just gave me one BBQ sauce. I’m very disappointed.
I downloaded the Wendy’s app to get $1 single and $2 double burgers during March Madness. The app didn’t not send my first order for a double but redeemed my one time offer so I ordered a single after stopping in to pick up the original order. The manager told me he can’t control the app (which isn’t done well) and gave me the double instead. Great service. Thanks to humans not technology.
Worst service ever. They made each vehicle wait for 45 mins at the drive thru without taking the order . Few cars cut the line and went to the pick up window . They were serving them. No ethics too.
They ask me for my order only to give me what ever they felt like giving me. My kids ordered completely wrong and my order utterly screwed up. Pisses me off once I got home and found out ????
Slowest wendy's i have ever been to. Waited forever to order, even though it was a mobile order. Waited forever to to get my drink and frosty. Then when I got to the window they said I had to go inside for my order. Never go here. Worst service ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Manager said it was all new staff. Who puts all new staff on the same shift. The line is backed up out on the the main highway.
Order drive thru,got food was cold ,burger was raw inside, fries half done not filled up in container,pulled over on side called Inside restaurant to complain about my food.I was told will bring fresh food out to me,got food was given the same way raw burger again fries was just warm. I'm very upset ????disappointed about this restaurant food that was given to me twice. Also what's going in around the world rite now.
Clean update/remodeled. Fair prices live the chicken biggie bag, love you he lemonade. Quick good service.
Drive through full but moving fairly quick.
Dined inside; plenty of parking too.
