i use to remember seeing some little guy working at this location as maintenance man which I use to notice how the manager use to work him more than the other employees on some illegal stuff. One morning I drove pass and saw how one manager use to throw trash in the parking lot just for the little guy to pick it up. Meanwhile the other employees use to and still be standing around doing nothing, on their phones, and talking about people. This one tall tall guy who was not the manager use to get on everybody for not doing what they was suppose to do and was the only one that I can say got his job done. The managers stood around as if the employees was the boss of them, smh but it's crazy to say the managers here really be hiring everbody just to not train them which be leading the employees to stand around not knowing what to do. This location always gets slammed and I see why. It needs new management, if not this location will be shutdown soon
Slooooooooow service. Employees saunter around like they don't care. Line almost out the door... oh well. They can't be bothered to move faster than a snail. This was not an isolated incident. Has happened on multiple occasions.
Spent close to 30 dollars to get lousy service. Food was horrible.I ordered a baconator burger all mayonnaise and very little bacon wait time 30 minutes .asked where my order was to be told they had forgotten it. Restaurant was also dirty drink machine had no ice. Workers standing around on their cell phones
This Wedney's is racist. I believe this to be true because I was waiting for at least 20 minutes in the drive through, due to a lady told me to wait for the “chicken to cook.” I said “ok thank you.” But I noticed 3 cars behind me going around me. So I then went inside and was about to order by a different worker. She looked mad. Then a guy behind her said “you look a little young to be driving”, I said “I’m 16.” Then he smiled and walked away. The lady said “you told him you're 16” in a mumbling voice. I said “What” and she just laughed and she said “you toooold him you're 16.” I think she didn't believe I was telling the truth and just stared me in the eyes. I hesitated and said “Yes... I just went through the drive through for chicken wrap, I don't have a receipt but I can pay.” She said “Don’t worry about it, I’ll give you one for free.” Then the same lady that was working the drive though that told me to wait for my wrap kept looking up the second I walked in the door. And did nothing she even eventually was on her phone. And looking up at me every once in a while. All the workers just kept staring at me, and half of them were doing nothing or walking very slowly. Most looked disgusted that I was there, I felt as if I wasn’t a human like them. A customer ordered after me and he got his food fast, by the lady that took my order inside. She smiled and treated him nicely and didn’t mumble. I waited at least 30 minutes, then finally went back to register, the third time ordering. A guy walked up and said “Is there anything else you want?” I told him “I just want a chicken wrap.” He said “ I’ll give you a wrap, I just have to microwave it.” I said “Thank you.” He said “Do you need any sauce or anything else?” I said “No thank you.” He said “sure you don't want two wraps?” I said “No thank you.” About 5 minutes later He gave me the wrap and said “I believe you even though you didn't have a receipt.” And I said “thank you” and left, to never go back there.
I cried on the way home because it makes me feel bad that he still works there and how they treat their coworkers and customers.
Lousy service. Waited for 30 minutes for my order felt like they didn't care at all employees standing around. Food was horrible
For fast food it's very tasty. Good variety. Staff argumentive and don't appear to know their own menu well
The manager would not discipline a worker that bullied a disabled coworker......let that sink in....
Worst location I have ever been too! I will wait a while and give them another try but it’s the same thing always a long wait in drive threw. They don’t know how to keep it flowing. They are constantly out of items or ingredients. Half the staff are kids and are playing instead of working. Management where?????? Seems like the workers run themselves. It has been this way since the building has been standing!!!!! When you do finally get your order items are made wrong or missing out of the bag usually no condiments or napkins unless you remind them at the window. I would love for them to replace that building with a cookout at this point. Corporate and DM calls don’t do any good because I know tons of calls have been made but still the same terrible service as always.
