I simply asked about an order and the older lady who seemed to be in charge 5/18 2:40 PM snapped at me.
She was also creating a hostile work place and talking down to the employees. There is no place for that and the employees who work there deserve much better.
I recently visited Wendy's drive-through and unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired. Upon reaching the window to collect my order, I was taken aback by the appalling behavior of the employee. Not only did they toss my food towards me in a careless manner, but they also slammed the window shut abruptly, only to reopen it with a rude exclamation to "have a great day."
What made this encounter particularly unpleasant was the disrespectful attitude displayed by the employee, who happened to be a male with long hair. Their lack of professionalism and disregard for basic customer service etiquette was truly disappointing.
As a customer, I expect to be treated with respect and courtesy, regardless of the circumstances. Unfortunately, this was not the case during my visit to Wendy's. Such behavior reflects poorly on the restaurant and undermines the positive reputation that Wendy's strives to maintain.
In conclusion, I hope that Wendy's takes this feedback seriously and addresses the issue to ensure that other customers do not have to endure similar experiences in the future. Improving customer service standards should be a priority for any establishment, and I trust that Wendy's will take the necessary steps to rectify this situation.
Service at this location was pretty bad. We went through the drive-thru and had to wait a while to get our orders taken, then we had to wait about 15 mins to get our chili, fries, son of baconactor and a couple of root beer float which were only filled 3/4. The employees were very slow due to too much interaction (there were only 3 cars at the drive thru) they can't move while they're having conversations among each other. The lady who handed me the straw took almost a minute to just hand out the straw because she had to pause to continue her conversation with her co worker. This is a picture of the son of baconator I paid over $5. Wendy's quality and serving size has severely lowered while price increased. This sandwich reminds me of JR. Cheeseburger with a piece of bacon in it. What a RIP OFF!!!!
Went through drive through. Computer voice didn't give time to get the order. Went to 1st window and asked to repeat order. It was wrong. Told the guy what we wanted. Went to second paid and got our food and when we got home and opened the bag. It was wrong.
The woman told my nephew when he asked for ketchup and BBQ sauce we would be charged if we needed more than 1 sauce and 5 ketchups
Wendy's always has good food. Staff were friendly and had our order out quickly.
Best Wendy’s ever bar none! Hot food, cold drinks, super friendly and apologetic for minimal delay! I’m so in love ???? ????
They just upgraded to a auto mated ai computer order taker which I definitely do not like because if your order isn't the way the meal comes it has difficulty and it lacks the since of human hospitality and the welcoming feeling u get from a person so that's a down fall for me personally
