Stopped for a quick snack before my shift yesterday, and boy was that a mistake... it took nearly 12 minutes to get a sandwich that was completely and totally disrespectfully put together. For as insanely expensive as Wendy's has gotten, I expect the food to at least ATTEMPT to be worth the price. My Asiago ranch chicken club came with no cheese of any kind, barely any ranch dressing, 1/2 a sad piece of lettuce, and no tomato... It was hard to even eat because it was so dry, and nothing about it tasted fresh or enjoyable. I won't be returning to this location in the future. Really a let down.
I stopped and got three meals with special accommodations. They disregarded any special accommodations. Simply mayonnaise and bacon on one sandwich I didn’t even ask for mayonnaise or bacon. The other sandwich that was only supposed to have catchup and pickles had mustard as well as onions on it. The last sandwich was supposed to have everything on it including tomatoes, mayonnaise, etc., etc. and it contain none of the above. They simply disregarded anything that was put in the order and just made them how they felt like it on top of that. The fries were cold and the drinks were all messed up, when I said something to the lady about the drinks before I left, she had an attitude shut the window on me and sat there. She came back and asked could she help me with an attitude not only is the food Disgrace the service and workers as well. If you don’t want to work around people, you need to stay at home or shut yourself up in the office. This is not the first time I’ve Been there and had bad horrible service. mr. Dave would be ashamed of y’all
I was actually shocked that I had a really good experience. These days, I feel like fast food is never fast and rarely fresh or as you wanted it. This time was different. Hot, fresh, and fast. I got my usual spicy chicken sandwich combo. Sandwich and fries were fresh and good and only took about a minute in the drive thru. It could've been a fluke, but I was pleasantly surprised.
I find Wendy's food is very acceptable. I rate them higher than the other fast food establishments.
They also have great deals on going. Once you try them I think you'll agree also.
I don't like that location of Wendy's because the food is never good and the buns are always stale. I would not recommend wasting time, money etc... the staff seem to be nice but I don't think they have been trained properly. Not to be racist or anything of that nature but there's a language barrier between management and employees. The reason I know that is because I have a family member that works there who has friends that also work there and they all say the same thing, they can't understand the boss which in my book should not be allowed in that setting.
I went there looking to have a scheduled job interview, i was asked to wait in the seating area and prceeded to wait for one hour and forty minutes for no one to show up and speak with me. actully its very unprofessional behavior. if its like that for people looking for honest employment......whats happening behind closed doors with food prep and worker ethics ? very childish at best.this post is meant to point out poor integrity on managments part.
Poor service along with food not good. Ordered a chicken wrap on 3/7 chicken dry not good . I spoke to mgr argued about my complaint . Said we don’t do refunds are cooks are good . I was surprised on his comment . Will be contacting corporate on how he handled this . Very dissatisfied
Outside lanes for drive thru were packed. The workers were efficient and kept the line moving at a steady pace. Our food was served hot and done perfectly.
