I had a very unpleasant experience at Wendy's in Morrisville tonight. The person taking the orders was very rude. She rushed me through the entire order, I waited 10 minutes to get it, and received something wrong which I had to go back to exchange it, and that made her even more rude. I understand that they are always very busy, but if you can't work in a busy environment, my advice is to find a place that makes you happy and not lose your customers due to an unpleasant behavior.
Don't eat at this disgusting rat hole. Moldy bread. At these prices just order from a real restaurant.
Now I usually don't leave reviews for restaurants because it usually isnt the same experience every time, but this was worth mentioning. 11:40pm Sunday night... 20 minutes before closing. And I got a freshly cooked meal that didnt have condiments oozing out of it. Or grease covering the bun. It wasn't flattened it was PERFECT. Kudos to the guys working tonight. That being said.. it will probably be my last time going to Wendy's for a while because in all the years this is the first time the whole order was without one or more of those above things that this order didnt have. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Messed up order.. didn't include one of 2 burritos f9r drive through order. Had to return back for my burrito . Not a good experience

Clean atmosphere and kind employees. The food was hot and fresh. Will be back!
To start, the staff is very kind and friendly, and the food is of course great, it's Wendy's. So that is not my frustration. It is the time wasted.
The timeliness of service ? 0 out of 10.
Walked in at 1:15. There were two people in front of us. We ordered at 1:36. Received food at 1:47. More than 30 minutes to get our fast food? Ridiculous.
This is my favorite Wendy’s. The food is always fresh, but the people Really make the place. It is 7:12 PM on November 3. The women working the drive-through Window especially the woman with the bob who seems to be the manager. Even the young boys who work during the week. Everybody is friendly and attentive, and does a fabulous job.
