We keep coming here and as much as we like Wendy's food, this place has the worst drink machine! Their sodas NEVER taste right! It's like they don't add any of the syrup to the mix. After reading other reviews, they have other issues that I haven't noticed. Never use the bathroom. But where McDonald's has the best drinks, Wendy's has the worst!
We don't like their music either.

We ate at the same Wendy's tonight. The drinks machine was crazy. Still making awful sodas. But now it's making crazy noises too. Everyone was wondering what was going on. Wendy's, it time for a new machine.
Like most Wendy's there's only 2 or 3 employees working and trying to serve everyone; so service time is not ideal. But at least I was acknowledged while waiting at the counter and the employee who served us was awesome and attentive to us.
Honestly I’ve loved Wendy’s for years but this location made me not want to eat Wendy’s ever again. Cold burnt food. Messed up my order. Horrible service.
Not during the lunch or dinner rush, there were zero napkins in any dispensers in the whole establishment. Bathroom toilet paper dispenser broken. The workaround was a large roll of tp balanced on the open diaper changing table. Bathroom trashcan was overflowing considerably onto the floor. Staff was kind. Food was Wendy's.
Me and my husband decided to have lunch here and he ordered a loaded nacho burger in a meal. We sat down and when he opened it it was a pretzel burger. He went up to the counter to exchange it, instead of the employee being accountable that they made a mistake he told his co workers very loudly so we could still hear that my husband was retarded and changed his mind. The employee was also wearing air pods in one ear and was dancing around not really listening. When we expressed that the drinks tasted weird and may be out of syrup he said they taped the machines shut and they can't fix it. This will be the last time I come to this location. Employee was maybe a teen boy with curly long hair and a very loud voice.
This new wendy’s has been much appreciated on my end!!! The staff are all very friendly and super fast. One time when I stopped there though they were joking a bit and I’m not sure if that slowed down my order. However the food is always nice and hot when I go so overall I’ve had a good couple of experiences since they opened!
Person taking my order in the drive thru did great and was friendly. But no one likes opening up their breakfast to hair ????
So earlier tonight I tried to use the mobile app to get a deal that was super good but for some reason the app was down for me. So I went there anyway hoping to just be able to redeem it anyway but unfortunately I only could get it through the app. I just wanted to give a shout out to the workers tonight and for their great service despite me having some difficulties. The young man at the drive thru pay window was really patient and understanding. The woman who gave me my food was also very kind and explained to me how else I could claim their deals that they do other than through the mobile app. The best part of it all though was getting home and realizing that they gave me an extra 4 pc chicken nugget! Whether it was by accident or not either way it made my night and I just wanted to give credit where it was deserved as it is rare to come by kindness and consideration like that these days.
