i eat keto burgers and they made me with a lettuce wrapped plastic tray that nice. Five guy burger give me aluminum foil which not good.
burger was excellent and my mom order chilli and fries both she love them chili and fries.
Do not come to this wendys it is terrible. Food comes cold, the sandwich was all smashed like they don't know how to put a bun on a sandwich. The bun was also old hard as a rock I had to throw it away. I would never serve that to anyone. For some reason they don't know how to put a straw in the bag. Terrible service terrible crew messing with people's food like this. The employees clearly show they do not care.
The food is always fresh, at night the wait time is better. The night staff is a joke though. They barely listen to the order because their staff behind them is playing. However the person at the window is actually trying most times to get everything right. This doesn't take away from the fact the food is good. Each salad is amazing and the chicken wrap is good too.
My friend and I went through the drive through to order breakfast, she had quite a large order and the woman who took the order wasn't very nice to begin with. When we received the food there was a breakfast sandwich missing and there wasn't a receipt in the bag. She backed up the car and told the woman there was a sandwich missing, it was an ordeal for like 10 minutes almost. Finally the worker gave her the missing sandwich and still didn't give her the receipt she asked for and had an attitude throughout the whole transaction. Although the food was good I don't think I'll be going back there, it wasn't a pleasant experience at all. ????
Food isn't a problem, but the service and atmosphere are awful. If you go into the store, the workers will ignore you. Grubhub, Uber eats, and other delivery driver will skip you, and 5-6 of them will crowd the front counter, waving their phones in people's faces. This is especially an issue in the evening around 8pm. Also, the tables are dirty, the soft drink machine is covered in garbage, and teens harassing other customers have contributed to the awful environment.
The 3pm shift is the worst. I’m sorry they are rude and loud and would have you wait on your food for hours. When asking a question they would look at you and ignore you. All I asked for was the cups while I wait cause I was over heated and pregnant and was feeling dizzy the guy said ignore what I asked him and went on for the Uber eat ppl that wasn’t even ready for they’re food. I said it nicely and even told him I’m not asking about my food cause I know it’s gonna take a while and he was so rude. Morning shift before 3:30 I love it they respectful and they get your food out the way and even when they are busy they still be respectful. Morning shift gets a 5 star but the night shift gets a 1 cause this is my second time coming here and it’s always rude and loud people here working.
Wendy's always have great deals and great food, love their salads...(apple/pecan)..love their mango/pineapple lemonade ????..their fresh potatoes fries are great.
But this franchise at Boston Rd, staff needs more organization... service was slow and soda fountain need to be sanitize and clean more regularly.
Terrible service. There’s never a time where I’ve gotten the correct order. There’s a bunch of young people who have no manners and don’t care to read instructions.. I placed an order on grub hub and they gave the driver the wrong order and hung up on me when I called the store to arrange picking up the correct order… I ordered a salad and two burgers with orange juice … I received two sprites and a chicken sandwich…. No compensation no nothing . This is a CONSTANT thing with this Wendy’s location! Everyone needs to be fired ! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND VERY CAReless !!
