Again poor service at this Wendy's and the two others here. Love their baked potatoes.
But poor service getting them. Too many excuses etc. So giving up on all Wendy's here and taking my business to Arby's. Their restaurants are far superior and 1000 times cleaner and very fast smiling faces personnel . Saw manager at one visit outside hosing down front area. Was impressed. They got me for a customer.

The gm Reuben refuses to allow people to get water with their own cup. It's 95° outside I came into the store to ask for a cup of water with my own cup. He said it was against policy. So I asked how much it would cost, he said $2.50 for a small cup of ice water. I'm appalled. So was everyone else in the store, so much so that a random lady volunteered to pay. I'm disgusted with this behavior as long as he is gm I recommend NEVER go ther
Won’t be going back to this wendys. Ordered an apple pecan chicken salad and didn’t even get a 4 full bites of chicken. They skimped on portions really bad. Super disappointed they used to have good salads. So my husband took it back can they gave us a new salad. They were nice enough to pre chew one of the apples. I’m going to vomit now! We did get our money back but not without raising a fuss.
I got a Dave's Double Cheeseburger and my husband got the Double Baconator, both were very delicious!!
We went through drive-thru, as usual. It was a little difficult to hear on the P.A. system, so both sandwich orders had to be repeated several times. When we got to the pickup window, we had to wait maybe 2 minutes. The little gal, at the window, was very sweet and personable. There was only 1 mistake and that happened when the store manager handed my husband a large chocolate Frosty, which we had not ordered. It actually belong to the next car, in line, behind us. All in all it was a nice change of pace and we will return in the future.
Very disappointed. We came about 10pm and drive thru service was slow, but I chalked it up to being short staffed. But even that can't account for paying nearly $25 for a cold pub burger, which is missing pickles and has the world's skimpiest amount of cheese sauce and onions, then a pathetic *freezing* chicken salad with a whopping 10 shreds of lettuce. Even with the slow, confused service aside, it was a pathetic, expensive experience. Go somewhere else.
The food is what you would expect, the neighborhood takes away from the atmosphere a lot, and the service is fine. Not my first choice, but good on a budget.
Wendy's fulfilled my craving for a frosty and some french fries. You can never go wrong with this choice. Along with a Jr bacon cheeseburger. Yummy goodness! ????
Next time I will have to say no to the mayonnaise on my burger. Not a fan. But still good chocolate shack.
