Wife just picked up a cob salad and brought it home for me couldn't eat it because it was made with old lettuce that had turned brown. Why would you even use the lettuce after it has turned brown?
I don't know what's going on here now. Morning and day shift have it together. The food is fresh and they are on the ball. However, need them for dinner or night and you'll sit at the speaker for 10 minutes before they take your order. Then, when you get your food, it's OLD and dried out. They are clearly not following food safety and throwing away food that has been prepared beyond the allowable time. Also, too bad if you can't tolerate onion. Instead of making fresh food, they'll just scrape it off what was already made! Management at night is clearly non-existant.
While the food is good most of the time, the service is not. If you have other food options I would avoid this one if possible.
Update: 3/19/24
Today when ordering inside a kid who looked like he's been on a bender for about 2 weeks attempted to take my order. After having to repeat my very simple order 3 times I thought he had it. Large everything is not complicated. When he gives me my drinks he gives me medium. After asking for my correct drink size and going and sitting down, he and the manager stood there laughing and mocking me for asking for what I paid for. The kid I don't so much blame. He doesn't even know what planet he's on. But the manager, she should know better than mocking and belittling a customer. The food quality and service are in the tank here at this location. Avoid at all costs unless you enjoy incorrect orders and slovenly managers who prop up employees bad behavior. Going to corporate with this one. Dave Thomas would be rolling in his grave over this location.

My sandwich was put together a little sloppily, but beyond that everything was perfect!
Typical fast food. Decent price with edible food.
This breakfast with my hubby on New Year's Eve was great. They've got the best breakfast out of all the fast food restaurants
I love wendys its soooo good the ranch 10/10 it dont matter what time its soooo dilicous
