We love this Wendy's and especially after the remodeling. It was good to see the manager (Keith) back at this store. We have never had a bad experience at this Wendy's. The management has always been very courteous and the food is fresh. Never a long wait in line and the ambiance is well lighted up as well as the ample parking lot..

I ordered the Apple Pecan salad . Not a single pecan in the salad. Chicken tasted awful could not eat. Terrible food.
I use to eat at this location pretty regularly. It was closed for bit for updates. Ever since it has opened back up we've had issues. First time back we had to deal with a rude drive thru employee. Today we ordered food to take home. I always get the ghost pepper chicken sandwich. I bit into it to find corn nuts in my sandwich! Instead of fried onions. I'm absolutely disgusted.
This is the worst wendys ever had to live near. This wendys engages in shady business practices and employs some of the most "confused" people ive ever ordered from. There is a person who will remain nameless that ive had to drive away from without ordering several times because they dont respond correctly to normal orders. Theres also an employee that will ring your orders in as medium instead of the standard small without being prompted and without asking. I truly hate that this is the closest fast food place to my house.
Edit: huge improvement in service since catching fire.
I gave it 4 stars because it took nearly 5 mins before someone came to the front and took my order. Food came out fast and hot. My only gripe was with the Fries. They were definitely too salty. But Overall food was great. I'll be back again
The ice cream was very good but i had to wait at least 15-20mins for service. Not enough staff on cash register I guess.
The staff was really mean and was screaming at me and my family horrible service. We ended up leaving. This was at the drive thru. He tried teaching me how and showing me a completely different example.
Ordered food from here last night and that was the biggest mistake ever. My family and I have been sick since- puking, sweats and loose stools. Def food poisoning!
