Wendy's on McKnight, a place where you can wait in the drive-thru for almost an hour at 9pm. Not because it's "busy" or "short staffed". They will have 4 possibly 5 people working. With the seating are closed. So only the drive-thru will be open. Make you wait at the speaker because they will only take and finish one order at a time. On top of all that have an attitude like they are inconvenienced that you ordered.
Just go a couple blocks further to McDonald's. It's not worth the wait.
Food was horrible. There was dirt on my lettuce. That was on my sandwich. I can only assume it is because the lettuce wasn’t washed correctly.. I will stick with the bake potato and chili in the future. Hard to get quality food from most fast food chains. I know they are trying to make eating out affordable. It’s the quality of food that’s being affected the most.
If I could give negative stars I would. Came to this Wendy’s ordered on the app (BIG MISTAKE DONT ORDER THROUGH THE APP) anyway got a pretty simple ordered during the 1 cent Jr bacon cheeseburger days. I ordered my regular meal of a jr bacon cheese burger and nuggets, then added the 1 cent jr bacon as well as added a FREE burger and when I say free I mean I used my 150 points on the app to get a free burger. Not only did they not give me my 1 cent burger they refused to give me my other burger that I used with my Wendy’s points on the app. When I got to the window I asked them where the two burgers were as and they then told me to pull up to the door so they can come out. I waited. They came out claimed on their receipt on their end that it doesn’t show a 1 cent burger or free burger used with my points. They refused to give me either and told me with an attitude to call “1800-Wendy’s” or in the workers exact words “I’m not sure exactly if my manager was here she would tell you the same thing to call the 1800 number I thinks it’s 1800-Wendy’s or something” so no one knows how contact anyone regarding this matter? Why was there no manager there? All they kept doing was shoving the receipt in my face telling me it’s not on there even though I blatantly showed her my online order ON MY PHONE THEN LOCKED THE DOOR AFTER SHE WENT INSIDE MIGHT I MENTION THEY DONT ALLOW ANYONE INSIDE DINING!!! Terrible service. Luckily I got a hold of corporate and they sent this information over to the board leaders of this specific Wendy’s. Probably won’t do anything about it but it’s unfortunate there are people working at places like this and don’t know what they are doing.
This location is always good just wish they didn't always ask me to pull to the door. I understand they want to keep their drive thru numbers down but it usually takes way too long. I think having us pull to the door is making them not want to rush. And especially when the actual inside is closed so all they focus on is drive thru it shouldn't take that long.
I ordered late at night not realizing the dining area was closed. I don't have a car and was worried about the drive thru. But despite my worries they still got me my food and were extremely friendly despite how late it was and the situation. Shout out to the late night crew!
Absolutely horrible experience piss poor customer service from the store and their "help" line I would give negative stars if i could. don't go here they don't care. Food always cold horrible attitudes. Your lucky If your food is even remotely correct. Take your money elsewhere!
I got a taco salad tonight at wendys. I didnt get my chIps or sour cream that came with it. In my eyes its theft. I didnt get what i paid for. I used the drive threw for this purchase . It took a half hour to get Threw it. Staff was rude. Reading all the reviews on google, they are mostly 1 star that goes back 3 years ago. That shows me management and corporate just dont care. Dont waist you time and money here. Next time chic fil a service is amazing. Wendys employees need trained like that.
Came down this way because I wanted to grab a bite to eat and use the restroom on a Saturday before I head to an interview. Parked the car and had a drive through employee tell me in a very rude way how it was drive through only no details on why mind you it’s 11AM not the dead of night.
I have not eaten Wendy’s in a while but just that experience made it very easy for me to eat somewhere else.
I want to be clear, that I’m not sensitive I don’t typically write reviews especially for fast food and maybe that employee is having a bad day but don’t take it out on a random stranger
