I walked into the restaurant and the atmosphere was normal for the noise level, it was clean, no dirty tables. At the front counter the associate was a little hectic, but orders were getting out. I was the 3rd one in line. My order for my lunch was a Dave's Single Meal, a little $$$. The vegetables were fresh, the burger was dry and Luke warm, FF were hot, my soda was ok. I also tried their special frosty which had an awesome flavor.
They completely ignore you at the drive through window, are incredibly rude and often get the order incorrect. I’ve never had a good experience here. The employees are so incredibly disrespectful. I’ve had people practically throw food out the window at us because we told them they forgot something in the bag. I went to get a small frosty and spent close to 20 minutes waiting for it while the staff stood around and was so incredibly rude the entire time. The store is mismanaged and horribly run.
The worst Wendy's EVER! Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else! The staff is rude and ignorant when they get ur order wrong. And they were out of grilled chicken and chicken nuggets! And sent us home with spicy chicken nuggets and didn't even tell us. The whole order was a complete mess.
Still has good food. But the you'll age 3 years going through the drive thru. Only to be greeted by the rudest most unhappy people you'll every meet. They throw your food in a bag swing it to you out the window and don't check to see if it's correct or even has napkins.
Definitely a no go for me now.
Waited 20 minutes at the drive through window and nobody took my order. Even after pulling around and telling the idiots that work there that I was trying to order, they still wouldn't take my order. Confused social rejects all trying to understand what words mean. Way to go Wendy's, you're horrible people!
I went to drive-thru and ordered a grilled chicken asiago sandwich. Told the person I wanted the grilled one not the breaded one. She says OK and finishes my order. This store is famous for not getting our orders right so I always check. Chicken sandwich is breaded. I hand it back and ask for the grilled. This other lady comes to the window and tells me they don't offer that. I say we've ordered it from here a bunch of times. She's says not at this store. This store has NEVER offered a grilled chicken sandwich. Now I know that's a big fat lie and she's acting like I'm the stupid one. Turns out that sandwich was discontinued in August 2023 and replaced with a wrap. Why not just say that instead of lying to my face?!?!? WTH Wendy's?????????
I pulled up to drive thru as the only customer and waited for someone to wait on me. It took a long while. Finally placed an order, plank fish sandwich and a frosty. I inadvertently questioned my change as I thought I was giving too much change and caught a stink eye from the cashier. I was patient throughout the waiting and didn't need the attitude. Also my plank sandwich was crunchy and dry. I won't be back.
They've been struggling with staffing for a while at the store but I see them making positive strides to better customer service and food quality there's a woman who works a couple days during the week and mornings on the weekends she's one of the managers here and I see her trying to do the best she can to set a great example and push the staff for greatness
