Great service, friendly staff & delicious Biggie Bags. Only disappointments were that the rewards app reader in restaurant was not working, so no discounts, promos or rewards were available to redeem. They were out of Frosties, mind that I hav the Frosty key chain. No carrying containers for drinks either. Besides that I still experienced Dave's finest. Don't worry I will b back. Mostly for the Frosties...
I paid for soft drinks, but I was very disgusted when I saw the soft drink vending machine that had hair and a lot of mold. I think I should have asked for my money back, but I got angry and it was better to get out of there, it was $45 dollars lost because I threw all the food in the trash. The manager had dirty clothes. This restaurant is dirty. If they go there they will get sick. Please look at the photos.
Today the Bacon & egg's on Swiss croissant was magnificent but the coffee was burnt overall you have to go north I've been seeing to get a meal with better care done to it. IF you want your restaurant to do well, have your employees put better care in making the food,( No one wants a biscuit that falls apart at the touch or Cold ???? French fries ???? okay ????✌️????????
So my wife's throwing up. I myself had gotten a frosty. There was pieces of food, mixed in my frosty. They don't hire adults, only kids, and their rude. I'd give zero stars, but they don't let you. This place needs to be shut down!!
So I generally leave transparent reviews and try to be positive as much as possible-- in this case, I'm unable to. The service was terrible. I decided to grab a snack for the kids because I was sick and not up to making something for them at the moment. So what should have been a quick drive through visit for a few items, turned out to be a frustrating experience. The young man taking my order was flat out rude.
I could go into detail, but I'll spare you the bore.
I likely will avoid going here in a pinch in the future. Major let down!
Employees at this location are slightly retarded; they can't get a simple order right. Waiting is long too. I order ahead of time before heading to the store but still have to wait inside the store even when I'm the only customer.
Pretty disappointing all the way around. Staff were friendly, but very understaffed and hence frustrated. My big complaint was my salad. Just terrible. Wilted lettuce, dry chicken.
No ketchup in dispensers for several months, toilet paper in the bathroom not in the holder, ignored for drive thru multiple times, no spoons for frosties multiple times,, and AC off in the lobby
