Delicious Cheeseburgers made fresh to order! Clean and kind staff. Very efficient and quick. In and out. Get back to your life! Thank goodness some of the good ones are lasting! Support is everything!
Overall very nice experience! The service was a bit slow, but they were backed up on the drive through and handling it well, so props to them! I ordered the chicken biscuit! It had excellent flavor very crispy and great sweet honey! The biscuit and gravy was excellent and tasty. I would come back!
Order is usually messed up and fries are usually cold. I get tired of asking for fresh hot fries. AND if you ever drive through? Beware of getting nasty stale cold fries.
IF you order NO CHEESE, you’ll usually end up with 2 melted slices of dripping cheese. If I wanted cheeseburgers I’d order them but I tell them multiple times Hamburger w/NO CHEESE.
Order is messed us almost every time!
Burgers & other items used to be much better.
Wendy’s has been very disappointing lately. I’ll go with another burger chain.
Wendy’s in Hurricane, this is Pathetic, you are not chic fil a, by doing this your backing up traffic & the poor girl your making stand out in the cold is freezing & ready to quit. Do better Wendy’s. Some of us like the look at the actual menu.
Drive thru had someone outside taking orders but I wanted to view menu so went inside. Waited 22 minutes for my order and was 2nd in line after placing order. The gentleman who ordered after me received his food ate it in dining room and left just before I received my food to go. Finally walked out to vehicle driving off and my order was wrong. Had items on my burger I did not want. So not a good experience at all.
We pulled up to the window and waited unusually long. They forgot to give us our drinks until after we got the food and we had to ask for them and then they made them wrong and never gave us straws so we left the drive thru to go inside to get them. I did not get mayo or extra lettuce like I ordered and the bacon was one 2 inch piece of bacon. My wrapper was saturated with oil like someone sprayed it with Pam.
I hate to assume this but it really seems like the cook didn't like the way I customized my burger so he made it nasty and oiled the wrapper.
I went to a different Wendy's and ordered the same burger and it was soooo delicious because their cook made it right. It was so good I went back through and tipped every worker $5. The Wendy's downtown Charleston.
The people working here are often times very rude. We got into their drive through lane, informed the outside person we had a coupon and once we got to the window, we ran into arguments about telling her we had a coupon and Not the guy taking the order. It seemed like she was upset that we were using a coupon.
Not a single clean table, restaurant appeared to have had a recent bombing, yet as overstaffed as it was, it must've been recess time because nothing was being accomplished besides stuffing food through the window. The crew was so incredibly loud and boisterous that even in the farthest seating that I cleaned off for myself, I couldn't hear my own phone conversation nor even hear myself think. If the food weren't good, I'd never return.
