Wendy’s is one of the best stops to make on a road trip. I love the quality of the food and knowing where the Beef is! I am sorely disappointed in the atmosphere of the entire place. I will include pictures of the men’s room with a non functioning lock on the toilet, lack of toilet paper and a toilet that does not flush appropriately. I am also upset with the working environment of the staff and how it delays production of food in a timely manner due to bottle necks at the most important areas of production. The dining room area is WAY larger than needed and it needs to be utilized for better working conditions for the staff.
Nice and quiet, Restaurant appears to be clean and tidy.
My French fries ???? were actually some of the warmest that I have had in long time from Wendy's.
The Hamburgers ???? are on par for the majority of other restaurants.

Ordered a nacho burger and a pretzel baconator, baconator had the nacho burgers bun. And well... the nacho burger was way wrong
Let us start with the terrible service. I imagine most people would walk out. I did last time I came here. This time I stayed and I waited and waited. Finally my order was taken, it was wrong of course. I only spent 2 minutes telling him repeatedly what I wanted. Then we have the dining room. A nice big room which it seemed would be enjoyable, and would have except the same employee decided to play an odd game of moving the garbage around over and over. The whole time circling me. Clanging and banging items. I mean the room is huge but it centered on me being the main attraction I suppose. Next came the broom and dustpan. I took the hint, and left. ( wifi was terrible anyway)
Absolutely gross. I had to walk into to store to order, and the person PACKING and touching everyone’s food items was clearly sick. Coughing into her fist and touching every food item. I understand sometimes you need to work while sick. But having proper PPE to not contaminate the customers and/or food should be the minimum the store could have done. I noticed too late and already had ordered food so I was forced to throw out my food away…what a waste.
If I could give it negative stars I would!!! We waited 15 minutes at least for food that was inedible. My chicken sandwich was not completely cooked and my husband’s burger was too dry to eat. The soda machine was not properly calibrated and had too much syrup. They obviously don’t filter their water as their sweet tea was horrible!!! Needless to say, we will not stop at this Wendy’s ever again!!!
Not good at all. Staff was a bunch of stoner kids and they forgot to put the patty on the sandwich my wife ordered. Needs better management .
My favorite Wendy's foods always hot just wish the workers would listen to orders and get them right my husband asked for cheese only and the put so much mayo and ketchup that he couldn't even think about whipping it off. So he did not eat it sad when you spend so much on a burger and dont eat it because workers dont pay attention
