An hour ago, 8;00pm may 2, 2024. I went to the drive through at wendy's. I ordered a taco salad. And
A pomegranate blueberry lemonade. They wait until after my order is paid for to tell me they don't have blueberry pomegranate lemonade. And that they don't have any sauce for the taco salad. I asked for refund.They said they cannot give it to me. So instead I said.Just give me the food when I get the food.I don't even see Tortilla chips in my taco salad.I see saltine crackers. Here's the picture.I will never come here again. And I'm coming back in the morning to get a refund.I didn't even eat this food.I threw it away.
Food was disgusting !! Everything was old, stale, & cold! Everyone was rude that works there.1 start is still too much for the experience
This location is horrible! There were 8 individuals working including 2 managers.
The restaurant was very dirty. The outside needed attention. There was trash on the ground. The sidewalks need to be scrubbed with degreaser. The windows were filthy with oily hand prints and smears. The restroom smelled like urine and the toilet and sink were nasty. The dining room's drink station and condiment stations were stocked, yet dirty. Their kitchen was just as unkept. It needs a good deck brushing. The stainless steel hasn't been cleaned. The counter was a mess.
I went on my lunch so I went into the drive thru. I waited 15 minutes and 5 at the window. When I received my food it was not fresh and looks like the fried food were just sitting up after hold times. The crazy part is... I went right after breakfast ended.
So, for there to be 8 people working. The food and restaurant should have been better shape. I paid $13 for a cold meal and service.
Gave me wrong sandwiches (that were just un-edible, super firm add dry like these patties were laying there from yesterday).
Total waste of money...
I grew up with this Wendy's and I hate watching it continue to go downhill, quickly. When you walk in there are more than enough people in the kitchen for someone to at least be watching the door for someone coming to the counter. You have to wait unnoticed for 5+ minutes. I ordered a biggie bag, and an orange cream frosty, been wanting to try it, cashier ASSUMED I wanted that INSTEAD OF my drink, she was huffy when I told her I didn't want to replace my drink with it, it is an add on, and then ASSUMED I wanted the small. Not once was I ASKED if I wanted to replace my drink with the frosty or what size I wanted any item.
Drink machine is overflowing, and instead of doing anything about it, there's a sign and you just have to stand to the side of the massive puddle forming in front of it.
I hate it here I asked if they have a deal and they keep . Giving kids a deal. I'm a grown man and I'm hungry. I'm not looking for a bite side. They should tell people instead of pushing them to get a Baggi Deal. It's frustrating. Stupid cashier. Don't know how to take a simple order.
Worst fast food experience of my life. Actually worst experience of my entire life all together. Took 40 minutes to get nuggets and fry’s at 10 pm… then they got the order wrong and didn’t even give me frys. Everyone there needs to get fired and that building demolished. The owner should give up on owning businesses and Wendy’s corporate should be ashamed. This ruined Wendy for me forever.
Terrible service, rude workers, who knows if they are cooking our food properly with clean hands. Overall, I got grossed out and do not trust that location at all. I order politely and still got terrible service.
