I understand that fast food can be a challenging job, but it’s like none of them want to be there. None of them listen and most of them always have an attitude. I work in fast food, but we have strict rules that we follow. I feel like maybe they might need some more structure. The past few times I have been there they go multiple things wrong.
The store is one of the nicest Wendy's I have ever been in. However the service was so slow. It was dead in the store and drive through. Still had to wait 25 minutes for my food and when I got it it was smothered in ketchup. Do better.
I always have issues with this particular location. I ordered a salad that should of have grilled chicken on it and instead I got some old, hard, pieces of what I think was crispy chicken. I reported it and initially was given a credit on my Wendy's app. When I went to use it, it was gone! So no salad and no money back.
What a dump. Every time I go in there, it’s always two things in common: it’s dead, and everyone’s too busy to actually give you service. Last trip everything was in shambles, despite the fact that nobody else was being waited on. Today, I stood at the counter for 10 minutes waiting for somebody to take my order and I just left. Employees had time to chat and eat nuggets behind the counter though.
We got 5 Biggie Bags yesterday and it was the worst fodd ever. All of the burgers were dark and dry and the buns stale tasting. We put the bags in a thermal bag We carry for hot or cold items and the food was cold after a 10 minute drive home. We've gotten Baconators and Bourbon Burgers that were good in the past, but lately the food is not good. 4 cars behind us left because you had to have exact change or a debit card. I think next time I will just go to McDonalds where I know my food will be hot and fresh.
We were also short on items ordered. The food all came out in one bag, and my daughter said I ordered 5 Biggie Bags and the girl that brought the food after 10 minutes said " YOU DIDN'T SAY YOU WANTED THEM IN SEPARATE BAGS". Don't 5 Biggie meals come in separate bags, that's the way we got them the last 2 times.
THEY NEED TO GET THAT STORE IN ORDER
The single worst fast food experience of my life. The cashier never once smiled. She couldn’t take the order properly. When corrected that we said four ten piece nuggets, she acted like it was our fault. She had to call the manager to help her 3 times. They left out 3 of our fries. Good thing we checked our order before we left. Oh - and it was nearly 40 minutes in line with only 4 people ahead of us. The chicken wrap was subpar. I’d suggest management take a look at the work flow. Absolutely no excuse acceptable for what happened . The order was $81 and change, and not at all complicated.
Twice we went to this Wendy's. First time was sassed by the girl waiting on me. Second time the lady made me wait. It seemed to me that she was working on a day when she was sick. She should not have been working with food. By the way the next day I was not feeling well. Both times food was warm. For the amount of money that I spent for two people there we could have went to a really nicer place to eat.
2/10 workers are decent here. With the right people working…i get decent food but 70% of the time i guarantee the food won’t be worth it. For starters it’s either cold, missing something, and/or incorrect. I usually run late so i still give them a chance…. Today i was served frozen French fries….
