They were very understaffed and it was very busy. The wait was a little long but the food was fresh and good! Our order was made perfectly and everyone was friendy even though there was only 2 people working and the line was wrapped around the build at 9 pm. Better than every wendys I've been to recently.
This Wendy's is very Consistent. Food is always as expected and hot. They are doing renovations right now. The atmosphere is improving
Had the larger biggee bag with crispy chicken blt, 4 PC nuggets and fries with a strawberry lemonade. I added a cheese sauce for the nuggets. Food was good but I didn't give it 5 star rating because while the fries and nuggets were hot the crispy chicken was barely warm ????. Also we have to check our order each time we go because so many times something other than what we ordered was given or something was left out... so beware. Don't let it stop you though from enjoying the food.
This probably deals more with Wendy’s corporate. Their ordering app is a mess. The staff at the restaurant cannot help, and the only other sad part is the Dave single that I got as the discounted deal turned out it appeared to have been sitting for quite a while, whereas the main part of their ad on TV is that everything is fresh somebody’s lying somewhere, just not a good quality burger this time around and I don’t think I’ll be attending next time around .
I went through the drive-thru. Was $11.99 for baconator, fries, & frosty. The food was good. Can't afford to go out to eat very often. Unfortunately, Wendy's only offers free soda or coffee to seniors. There are no discounts on food. Some other places give seniors 10% discount. Employee at drive-thru window was very kind.
On our last 2 visits we got cold food, we ate lunch early and I believe the food was leftover from the day before, even the buns were dried out and my husband ordered the bacon burger......he had no bacon on it though. The manager was trying to get things going but the young men were not interested in trying it seemed. We would have returned our food but there was a line of people and it was not going well. I think we will just eat at another location from now on

Lovely people. I was starving after a holiday work gathering and very disappointed by the food at said gathering. I puled up to Wendy's less than one minute before they closed, in the hopes that I could sweet talk them into giving me a fresh, tender, spicy chicken sandwich. And let me tell you; these incredible people, not only made me feel welcome at this time, but also, took the time to stay late and give me all the fresh food I desired. 5 stars, no questions asked. My only regret is not getting the names of the people working. The night was 10/30/23 at around 12am.
