Wildly unprofessional staff. The food is not safe for consumption. Room temp beef patties, Dirty restrooms. The staff are telling inappropriate jokes behind the counter while the dining area remains a mess. Don't eat here. It's not safe.
Burgers were burnt. Fries were undercooked. Our soda tasted flat and mixed with other flavors we did not want. Staff was ok, not happy, but not exactly glad we were there either. I doubt we will return.
Didn't get my order right was slow and the tables were not clean i had to ask someone to clean it off for me and the crew were playing around in the back very unhappy
Just sat in line for over 30 minutes waiting for an order. Had to go back in because they didn't give us a 6 piece nugget and then got home and realized none of our food was made right. Also everyone was just standing around on their phones just hanging out. Unreal. This place will be closed soon.
Man I just went through there and they gave a burger so old and burnt I had to stop eating it. I think it was patty they use for chili, will not be going back that's for sure
So I get a 1 hour unpaid lunch. I spent about 35 minutes of that time stuck in the drive through. The inside was closed. As I waited I noticed that the employees were taking 1 order at a time and making the car behind them wait to take there order. Then it would take forever just to get your food. I ordered 20 spicy nuggets... a large fry and a medium strawberry frosty. I asked because of the already long wait times to make it all fresh. And of course.... they gave me fresh nuggets on the top of each 10 piece and sitting in the warmer nuggets on the bottom. Same with the fries. When I go to a FAST FOOD I expect fast food. Not only was it not fresh. It was no where near fast. Either get it together of close down.
Even when we order delivery your food is old cold and disgusting. You are nothing but health code violation away from shutting down you disgusting useless worthless place
It doesn't matter if I order the food online and pick it up. Or if I wait in line which is always a nightmare because it's never fast. They only have maybe two people working ever. So everything here is incredibly slow. The amount of times I've just left to go across the street to Burger King is incredible. I don't even like Burger King. But I dislike this Wendy's more than any other restaurant in the city. I really hope it gets closed down. I mean there's one not even 4 miles away. I'll just go to that one.
