The food at this Wendy's was good, but the staff was not friendly and the service, although fast, made me feel uncomfortable. When I asked for mayonnaise because I had bought several hamburgers and nugets and fries and they had only given me two, they didn't want to give me even one more.... What's happening is my question, maybe a small packet of extra mayonnaise is too much. But what bothered me the most was the attitude.
Waited in the drive threw for 5 min no answer drove up to a window and the lady white with visor yelled at me threw the window to come inside and order I come in side and the Caution tape is up doors are locked I jump over the tape to get inside the lobby that they yelled at me was closed I’ll wait five minutes at the counter and the lady tells me that I am the last order I remind you it is 10:06 PM I asked her I thought you guys close at 12 she said well my manager has to step out for 30 minutes so we’re gonna close the store in a very rude unprofessional voice She took my order and I waited another 10 minutes for a burger This is absolutely ridiculous. Customer service at this location is horrible. The manager needs to get fired and the lady at the counter needs to get fired or find a new job because obviously she is not very happy at this one.

When my order was made correctly I could really appreciate how good Wendy’s really is.
You really showed to me why I keep coming back the food is good but when someone doesn’t take the time out to make an order correctly and doesn’t communicate with the customer to better help them unfortunately it makes for a rough experience.
Thank you both for making it right. The re made order was hot , fresh and so good.
Do yourself a favor and drive to almost any other nearby Wendy's if you want any level of service whatsoever... I have given them a few chances now and I have only completed one order due to the attitude and lack of customer service from their staff and if Wendy's has a special deal going on, be prepared to have to specifically ask at this location in order to have it honored. I will not be back to this location.
The main woman that is I believe the manager is a very nice blessing woman every time I went in even though they don't have many staff which they are hiring and they need help quickly they still was nice enough to feed me and my kids I went there one day and they were working for straight 10-hour shifts with no break How could somebody do that to somebody so nice to wear even though she had no break and only two employees with her still open her doors to me and my kids and served us God bless her I recommend pilot Wendy's on Wilson Road then any Wendy's in the whole entire west side. If you go to the one on Harrisburg Pike you might as well just go ahead and spit on your own food and then throw your money out the window and that's a fact the one on Harrisburg Pike is really rude and I cannot stand them please there there's only one employee there that is very nice and she's a Hispanic woman but I haven't seen her in a while because I stopped going there because of how rude they are Wendy's doesn't serve any type of ice cream or Frosty's after 10:00 because they clean the machines but if they say that they are cleaning the machines before 10:00 or before 9:00 at least they're lying and that's exactly what the lady from Pilot Wilson Wendy's told me God bless her soul because she is really nice woman short red hair. I was say her name but I can't remember it God forgive me for that because I should have remembered it because of how sweet and nice she was to me but needless to say don't waste your time go to the pilot Wendy's on Wilson he will not regret it. And be polite because these people work their butts off and you know what at the end of the day it's you treat people how you want to be treated. I hope the Wendy's staff at Wilson pilot have a wonderful blessed day for the rest of their lives just because the way they did me and my kids they really had the lineup saying they're about to have a break and they took it down just for me and mine that mattered to me Society nowadays has gone to you know what we need to stick together not against each other like I said again and I will say it again treat people how you want to be treated. I must say the service here is phenomenal ???????? I ordered the New Loaded Nacho Cheeseburger meal with a side potato. I specifically said; NO BACON! When my meal arrived, it was HOT ???? & the fries were crispy ???? looking at the sour cream & butter, I was anxious to taste the smoking hot potato. I proceeded to open the container & what do you know it? It was loaded with bacon ???? I took it back & explained to Ryan I didn't want bacon! I thought he would fake-me-out & take it to the back, remove the bacon & say; Here you go! ???? I watched like a hawk, & to my surprise, he left the container on the counter and bought back a new potato, without the bacon!???? Excellent job Ryan! ...the story doesn't end there, Ryan then gave me back a dollar & a sugar cookie & said; the bacon is a up-charge!???? thank God, there are decent people still around????????
If your busy at least get the orders right and make sure someone who spends 50$ on food gets all the things that come with the meal. Instead I got home with salad and bone of the toppings that go with it.
EVERY SINGLE TIME I COME HERE EITHER THE DRIVE THRU IS PHYSICALLY BLOCKED, OR THEY HAVE SIGN ON MENU SAYING DRIVE THRU CLOSED. EVEN WHEN YOU MAKE IT TO THE DRIVE THRU MENU WITHOUT A SIGN, YOU WAIT FOREVER FOR THEM TO TELL YOU THE DRIVE THRU IS CLOSED!!!! I order online before I come. We live across the street, we come ALOT! But I say to them it's cold and raining and it's already ordered...all you have to do is hand it to me. Nope. I gotta go in. And with a large order it's so much easier to get it at the window where they can hand it to me bag by bag...(hard to carry all at once) but anyway. It's just so inconvinient. And it's all the fricken time!!! I'm like what's the difference with you handing me my order at the counter vs handing it to me out the window!!?? Ugh I was so irritated today so I thought I'd finally leave a review!
