Floors are always slippery,
Bread today was tasting old crumbled when grabbed, ketchup dispenser is disgustingly dirty. Fry guy was grabbing fires with his bare hands. Cashier Erica was and always polite and seems to be doing a-lot of the work. Manager needs to step up and get this place cleaned up grease traps look dirty and store needs a deep cleaning maybe some new mops cause floors are always slippery.
I ordered a Baconator meal, I got a flat soda the sandwich itself was swimming in so much ketchup and mayonnaise that you couldn't even taste the meat at all , fries are hot but harder than a brick and i asked if i could get a Receipt and I got ignored. He grabbed a cup and filled it with ice and walked away talked to an older lady......very upsetting see that this place has gone down hill so badly, I understand that your short staffed but you can do better with the customer service and the sign you put up is rude for asking for help on shifts. If you change it to be more open and friendly you might get people wanting to come work for your location.
Tried here several times. The fries are always cold, and the line is always too long to go back. The burgers are always fresh just check your fries. The biggie bag is a great deal but the hamburger is child's size. The chicken that comes with it looks like small fish and it is definitely not fresh chicken. Processed
I ordered a sandwich and a frosty on doordash and somehow I didn’t get my frosty, but the workers were so nice about it! They gave me a large for free even though I ordered a small. I really appreciate their service!
Food was good but was disappointed when entering the seating area there was someone that looked like a homeless person sleeping at the table near the ordering area. Also the drink dispenser wasn't working in the lobby area.
This location has been terrible for a while now and continues to get worse. I’ve given them chance after chance. The burgers are over cooked and the fries tasteless and burnt. Went today and the guy at the drive through was more rude than ever, I just drove off. I won’t be back!
Drive up display hasn't worked in months. Usually takes a while for someone to respond. Depending on staff working orders sometime come out wrong but usually correct second time around.
They are amazing people working up there I did before I hade to move but it was one of the best jobs of my life they was nice to me enough though I hade a breeding and slow disability order and they always been nice to everyone even when this one women come in and through her burger in there face bc she forgot what she ordered they are amazing people should get paid more for the customers being rude to them the customers never heard of treat people how u wanted to be treated but no matter what they was good to them.
