Great cashier, food didn't take incredibly long. Soda machine has seen better days but someone else was complaining about the lack of condiments and I didn't feel like making it worse. We both got pretzel buns and they were pretty tough (think leather jacket and tattoos). Fries were decent. Seemed like the lobby could use some love. Just a "needs improvement" kinda day.
I honestly have had several problems with this location. They are constantly getting my order wrong. I always ask for NO LETTUCE, and they've only fixed correctly 1 out of about 7 visits. They stand around talking instead of coming over to acknowledge you or to give you some service. Ive spoken to the manager a few times, but I swear, it's something different every time I go. ????♀️
Well after not getting food from the local Wendy's, for several years because of animal hair being in my food and I decided to give it another try...what a huge mistake that was...I have red hair cooked into my sandwich....I will never go back to this location again. I wrote a review the last time and there wasn't anything done about it at all. Why doesn't the corporate office respond to any of the negative complaints...do you not care?? The red head(young white girl)is working on the line without a hat, visor or a hair net. WHY?? That is so nasty and disgusting and very disturbing to see after you get half way thru your sandwich. Last time it was animal hair in my food and of course nothing was ever done as always. WHY?? Then the manager Noah had the audacity to ask me to fill out paperwork to get my money back...didn't ask me for any information when I was placing my food order tho, except for what I had ordered. I spent $24.02. I don't understand why the kitchen staff isn't required to wear hats, or hairnets, if their hair touches their shoulders it should be tucked into a hairnet or hat.Everyone else in the kitchen and restaurant had headwear on, from what I could see. After walking in to return the 'hairburger'...I wouldn't go back now if I had free food for life. The red head didn't even look very clean nor professional. I will be seeking other help because something needs to be done about this wendys location, I don't have these problems at any of the other wendys locations. Just this one. It's a dayuum shame that it is still not worth going to and they still do nothing to improve the situation. My burger meat tasted horrible it was old and tough and black around the edges. I will make sure I let other know that you now serve 'hairburgers' compliments of Wendy's in Radford.
My wife and I are new to the area, and we love Wendy's. We would have it on the regular, sometimes multiple times a week.
Here's the problem: this is a really bad Wendy's. I won't say it's the worst one, but I can't recall a worse one in my memory. We have eaten here 4 times (like I said, we love Wendy's), and they have gotten our order correct once. We use the app, so I know they have all of the correct information. One of those 4 times was technically twice on the same day (I accidentally reordered food that was waiting at the counter for me), and the second time through it was wrong. There wasn't a shift change. There were no changes to the order. So, there has been a failure in checking the orders during preparation.
It is a newly renovated facility, within the last 5 years, by my measure. But a sleek building does not a good restaurant make. Minus 1 star for the dead eyes of the employees as a blemish on the atmosphere.
My dad (Santa) and I enjoyed a nice little lunch today! The service was excellent, food was VERY fresh and this Wendy's didn't try to steal our debit card info. The entire restaurant was also clean and we could have asked for more!
Ordered 2 large Biggie bags and a large Chili at 11:07 pm. Store closes at 12 am. After 2 trips by the dasher to Wendy's finally got food at 12:15 am. Only got 1 doublestack, 1 fry and 2 Cokes (asked for 1 Sprite and 1 Coke- couldn't even get that right!) $31!!! Absolutely terrible Wendy's here in Radford. Dasher Jon was awesome though!
Waited 5 minutes for someone to take our order from the drive thru. No reason for this. I think they do this so they don't have to take as many orders as they should be taking. Will not be coming back to this location. Gave us our food then didn't take payment until we said we haven't paid. Then had to wait for receipt ????
Count your nuggets and make sure your order is right... they been shorting my 10pc nuggets. One day was 7 nuggets and tonight it was 8 instead of ten. Counting to 10 is a problem everything I go ....
