I have been going to this Wendy's since it opened. Never had an issue until today. Always smiling faces greeting you. The chicken, bacon and lettuce was awful. Lettuce core, burned bacon chunks, not pieces. And the chicken was dried out from yesterday or the day before. Bit into a hunk of bacon and nearly busted a tooth. Normally I recommend their salads. But today is not a good day. Disappointing :(

My family and I stopped in for dinner. Service was prompt and courteous and when there was a mistake with our order, the team replaced the food promptly and were professional. The food tasted good as Wendy's do use fresh ingredients, however both ketchup containers were empty and the soft drink machine was out of many flavors, so options were limited. Overall, not a bad experience but room for improvement.
Had the 1/4 inch thick fish sandwich. The picture sure as hell is not the same as what I got! Barely warm sandwich and fries. I certainly hope Wendy's goes bankrupt. The fish sandwich used to be good. McDonald's fish is far better! This place sucks!
Two black girls were working at around 10 pm on 3/30. Got a simple biggie bag and they had horrible attitudes. The one girl even got locked out while helping another customer outside and her co worker didn’t care. Very unpleased.
Not only was my order not correct. The first time we went through the drive-through which could be understandable, but when I went in to get it fixed, I was not greeted with anything other than a sigh and what did we forget and after I explained it to the manager on duty. She had to break away from her three what seemed to be buddies working with her to ask them to make another one, and proceeded to throw the sandwich in the trash as hard as physically possible to make sure I heard it and the line, Cook if that’s what you wanna call him, asked her if why the sandwich that was ordered without ketchup could not just have the ketchup wiped off of it and then proceeded to make the wrong sandwich and give it to us anyway no sorry no I apologize I will not be back there. Not to mention the lack of fries in any size container you get is disgustingly low
My husband ordered 2 frosties thru the drive-thru. He was never asked what size, just told to go to the window. When he got to the window the clerk said "you didn't say what size so this is what you get." And, then the worker behind her chimed in, "yep, that's right. You get what you get because you didn't ask for a size.". Then, when he was handed the 2 frosties he asked for a bag and the associate said "what for?". Terrible customer service....this was Just more than 1 person having a bad day.
Stopped in this location for a quick late lunch today...ordered the new ranch chicken wrap...and a beverage....the staff didn't even seem to know how to make it and didn't know how to roll it up... None of them had hair nets on , massive fro hair all over...most of the food service didn't have gloves on, and the order takers were using the register and doing food without gloves or using and sanitizer... The beverage machine wasn't working correctly so you got mostly carbonation and little flavor, poured the first things back into the drain...and some of the he selections were not available....
Only one table in the restaurant was seated, but there were many tables that needed serious attention...??? How does this happen after a pandemic just a few years back??? And it wasn't due to a shortage of employees...there was plenty of staff present. Wendy's as a whole has turned into the bottom feeder of the fast food chain...this was my first visit since an equally horrible visit over a year ago at the Amherst Ohio location... This whole chain needs a revamp in the Northern Ohio area...
