Just look at the picture. Enough said... I didn't even bother to call the manager or get a refund. Hockey pucks would of tasted better with some seasoning! Shame on the team & whoever the want to be Manager is. Might as well go put on clown suits if you want dress up. ???? ????
Have deposited $100 in the apps digital account. Have found the meals to be 'less than desired'. So I have requested a refund of this deposit. A partial refund. This request was sent several days ago. And as of yet...no refund. No contact. Please help to correct this matter. Thank You...

I ordered two salads and they were rancid. The apple pecan salad smelled funny but the Cobb salad was totally rotten. The chicken sandwich, burger, fries and nuggets were good. I was already too far to drive back to ask for a refund.
If you want to be served, don't go inside. No one was at the counter, and when an employee saw me, he backed away and got on his phone. There was an employee in the lobby on her break (heavy set, blonde with glasses) I approached her and asked why he didn't acknowledge me. She said he didn't speak English and doesn't interact with customers. Fine, no big deal. I then asked her, "is there someone who can help me?" She said "i don't know, I'm on my break and can't help".
Each time I have came to this location I have only had 1 good interaction. The girls at the window are always so rude for no reason. They have a serious attitude problem. The last time they forgot two cookies that I had paid for and they stood there and argued with me saying they remembered to put at least one cookie in the bag. Like if that was the case I wouldn’t have driven all the way back to Wendy’s. ???? miserable people for real.
Got the new orange dreamsicle frosty. Tasted like vanilla. Complained and they said it's because they had extra vanilla mix and didn't want to waste it so they put in in with the orange dreamsicle. Not smart, Wendy's. Not smart.
Ordered 3 sandwiches 2 of them being meals. The fries at 8:30pm were old and the sandwiches were already almost cold by the time we got home just a mile away. No bacon in the bacon burger and the bread was starting to get soggy as if made way before the order was placed. When I came back through the window the cashiers first response was, "well I didn't make the food so let me tell them" how about I'm sorry, how about let me see how I can make this right.
Went in to get a quick bite to eat along with my hungry two year old. Nobody was at or near the counter. I must’ve stood there, unacknowledged, for 5 mins! Two different employees, one a mgr based on her attire, placed fries in the fryer. Not once was I acknowledged while holding my daughter in my arms. After 5 mins standing there, I asked them if the counter was closed as they only seemed to be assisting drive thru. Needless to say I walked right out, with my daughter crying for food. Not one sorry. If I was the franchise owner I’d seriously consider cleaning house and although it’s not a five star establishment, they should still have at least one star customer service. Go to another Wendy’s.
