Great place! Staff was friendly, nice, and helpful. Food was hot and tasty. Never a problem that wasn't fixed immediately and sometimes over-the-top. I usually visit some Sundays after church. There is a custom soda machine too! Great fast food joint!
Would give less than one star. Discriminated and given attitude and most likely didn't want to make the order or kept it for themselves. I was just trying to deliver an order to a customer but they just wanted to give attitude and made it seem like I was trying to get free food. They were asked to remake the order by the company I was delivering for which was for the customer who paid for it and they did not but they told the company they were remaking it since the other one was given away or kept, if it was actually made at all. I definitely wouldn't want someone like that making my food just saying. Totally uncalled for and piss poor.
The only reason I’m giving you two stars is because the lady who handed me my food was kind, other than that I wouldn’t give you one star. My order is always wrong, and this visit in particular , I was given a bun that looked like it was smashed around in the floor so I had a thin piece of holy bread for a top “bun” . This food is going in the trash, where it belongs. And I will no longer pay your location to screw my entire order up.
Madison heights location has to be the slowest I've ever encountered. I waited a collective 28 minutes and then my food was less than appealing. I barely ate any of it. Fries had been sitting, hamburger was cold and all this after I waited so long and even pulled up and waited for my food and still cold. And 8 could not go back because I was already behind schedule because of my wait. So I wasted 7.00 basically. On the bright side the cashier was pleasant. But that all I can say that's positive. And they looked fully staffed too.
I get it, I pay for convenience and not quality. But y'all didn't have to give me this dried up chicken in my wrap, I crunched into something and thought I broke my tooth (I have great teeth) if you have bad teeth I do not advise.
I gave 2 stars because I had one of these wraps a week ago and it was hot and fresh.
Today's visit was a one. Do better y'all.
The absolute worst place to order food from. The service here is so bad. The employees do not care about anything but themselves. I have given them 3 chances but it's time to post an honest review. Don't waste your time and money here. Zero sense of urgency. Also I observed that they don't keep a lid on top of their frosty machine so bugs and debris can go in anytime. Eat here at your own risk. ????
I don't go to fast food places often. We tried that new nacho burger I think that's what it's called. The burger was ok not that bad but I wouldn't buy it again. I can make a better one at home. We spent $25 for 2 combs no upgrades to neither I can take that same $25 and go to the store buy all I need and make it better at home.. Try the chili its pretty good even though it's make with leftovers be3f
Mom and I dined here for lunch and had the pleasure of a sweet lady by the name of April.. once we walked up to our she gave us the sweetest smile and was so polite when taking our order. To top it all off she even brought our food to the table and it was delicious as always. Kudos to April and the staff at Wendy’s we love you guys.
