Absolute joke of a place. I had my bike booked in (and confirmed) for 11am on Friday as I needed the MoT for the sale of the bike that afternoon, as I’d agreed with the purchaser it would have a 12 month ticket on it. A sale I subsequently lost thanks to this shambles outfit. I arrived promptly at 10:45am to find the place locked up. I banged on the roller shutters to no avail. I tried phoning them multiple times, but it went straight to voicemail. Message left stating I was outside for my MoT appointment. No response. I waited around in case they’d “nipped out”, but there was no note on the door to suggest this. I asked a nearby business if they knew anything, only to be told that they hadn’t been there all day, and if they haven’t got much work in on a Friday, they don’t open up and enjoy an extended weekend. Nice for some, eh? Where was my courtesy call I hear you say? You’re having a laugh, aren’t you?! Not a whiff of a call to say they wouldn’t be able to MoT my bike. I phoned my mechanic to see if he had a mobile number for them as he uses this place for his [car] MoTs, only to be told they’re a nightmare for doing this. So, in summary, if you enjoy your time wasted and are relying on an MoT to sell your vehicle…..*** AVOID*** AVOID *** AVOID ***

Had an MOT done here. I knew the car was clean as like a lot of cars during lockdown it hadn't done any mileage. The lads called me before 10.30 to say they had done it and passed no problems. Having just moved into the area I was pleased as finding a decent and trustworthy mechanic is a blessing when moving somewhere new.
Just wanted to add that, since writing the review, I have continued to use this garage and still had no issues at all.
Great service, good price work was carried out same day. Will use again.

Sorry Wendy's mot but I'm not going to use you again.
Used to be good before but after you did the clutch I've had a terrible experience.
After you replaced Clutch the 1st thing that happened after collection, car broke down as you didn't bleed system properly. AA service also agreed.
Also clutch was slipping and thrust bearing noise and that happened after you replaced clutch.
You then stripped everything and denied clutch was slipping.
Eventually after I argued my case you replaced clutch.
After that you must have done something wrong when reinstalling clutch as bolt that hold subframe gave up.
You called the car in again and because you took things apart I got charged again.
6 times I paid for a taxi to drive me home through no fault of mine which costed me £42 in taxi and back through no fault of my own. If I gave my car in for normal repair I understand it's my problem on how I get back home. But if things go wrong I would at least expect to be dropped off home.
Not happy at all.
