Best customer service I have received in a very long time! We had 8 people in our party and Wendy was amazing and got our food to us fast! Everything was correct and very good! Wendy was the name of the cashier haha she was very pleasant
The girl with the fake blue hair and fake eyelashes should be paying you guys to work there. I I had to lead her through my order, backtracking to let her know what sauces I needed, and when I pulled up to the window, I sat there for about five minutes until she finally opened the window, yet she couldn’t give me a total because she had no idea what I had ordered. Once I reminded her, she took the money without a word, closed the window, had her self a little coughing fit, while I sat there for another ten minutes waiting for my order, which was pretty much $20 worth of cold food…a perfect match for her attitude. I come to this location often and over the last few years, have spent a lot of money here. Never again. My kids and I just became an In-N-Out family. It may be more expensive, but you get what you pay for and my time is far more valuable to them, apparently. rest in peace Dave Thomas.
This is my 4th attempt at this drive thru for “Fast” food. It was about 3:35pm 1 car getting food at the drive thru window one car in front of me waiting to order. There were only a few cars in the parking lot I didn’t see any people in the dining area as I drove past the front of the restaurant to enter the drive thru. I waited 5 minutes and the guy infront of me was looking very impatient as the guy from the window had already pulled off and no one at the window. 5minutes with no acknowledgement from the Wendy’s staff? The man must have wanted food more than I did because 5minutes no acknowledgement is not good customer service! I drove off I think this place needs to figure out what FAST food means. It WAS NOT busy so it makes no sense that a simple we will be with you shortly thank you for your patience, and give whatever the reason is for the delay…. Just acknowledging will go a long way! Step it up Wendy’s, your service used to be awesome and it is SLIPPING! In a bad way…
Omg! Whatever you do in life don't ever eat an Italian mozzarella chicken sandwich. To start, when you open it, it looks staight out of crime scene videos, the way the sauce smeared itself on wrapper. The sauce tasted like licking the inside of a tin can and the 3" thick slab of mozzarella deep fried was disgusting. Then when you think you've seen it all, at the very bottom there's a totally sad and sick looking piece of Swiss for some reason. It had to be the worst sandwich I've ever had at a Wendy's. Do Not, I repeat, do not eat this, ever
Been to this location multiple times before and it used to be awesome. I've been there twice in a row now and they have given me fries that are stale and cold. I just picked up my food and had one fry thar was borderline stale.
For a company that advertises fresh food and fresh fries is not meeting it's own standards.
I love Wendy's, but this is the worst branch!! Over 10 minutes standing in the front counter (nobody present across the counter), before someone appears and tells me he'll be over shortly.
The baked potato came out in 3 minutes!! - seemed to have been previously cooked and then put briefly into the microwave. Needless to say, it was warm (not hot) and 1/3 of it was petrified - Impossible to eat.
For sure never coming back here!!
I was VERY disappointed with the actual restraunt itself. Their fountain drink machine was out of order. The Men's room was filthy and stunk, no hand paper towels, no soap and the electric hand dryer is out of order. The Men's room door didn't close nor lock. Their dining area was minus numerous tables and chairs.
Gentleman behind the register was on his phone and didn't acknowledge me when I walked in. Finally took my order and I could hear two females yelling at each other in the back, obviously frustrated with each other and using curse words. When I received my order, I was missing part of it. I walked up to the counter and there was nobody available to help me. Finally, the girl taking the drive-thru orders came into view. I let her know that I was missing part of my order and she rolled her eyes at me before calling to someone in the back. The cashier came back up and I let him know about my missing item, he said it'd be right out. I waited 32 minutes for my cheese and bacon potato to be ready. During this time, I noticed that the tray I was served my food on had dry condiments stuck to it. There were also several customers coming in from the drive-thru due to missing or wrong orders. Overall, a negative experience at this Wendy's.
